2. Invincible

Author's POV

"OH MY GOSH!!" Suho screamed in shock while Kai was too shocked to say anything.

"WHAT THE HELL! WHY DID YOU KILL BAEK?!" Luhan was way past shock and was angry that Cyrus had just killed his best friend.

Luhan didn't have a lot of friends but Baek was different. Everyone was scared of his abilities so most people didn't want to be near him.

Luhan took a step closer to see if Baekhyun was truly dead.

With a hole in his head and blood all over the floor his heart fell and anger rose but when he took another step Cyrus pointed his gun at him.

"One more step pretty boy and I will make sure you join your friend," Cyrus said with a smirk which just angered Luhan even more.

The man had no remorse and  was ready to kill again. Suho had a worried look as he saw Lay clutch onto his bleeding arm.

He had to do something before someone else git hurt or killed.

"Don't even think about it lover boy. If you turn invisible I will not hesitate to kill your boyfriend,"  Cyrus said and Suho stood still.

Everyone knew Lay and Suho had a little romance going on. Suho really cared about Lay and he couldn't risk the love of his life getting hurt any further.

"Now, why don't you all move to the corner like the good puppets you are," Cyrus said and all three men moved to the other side of the lab further away from Cyrus and Lay.

"I wasn't planning on house cleaning but I guess it was time for me to get new toys. You all have overstayed your welcome," Cyrus said as he pointed the gun to Lay.

A gun shot was heard and Suho almost screamed for his love but no words or sound was made because they were all shocked at what was before them.

"What the hell," Cyrus said in shock when he saw a hand holding his own pointing it away from the defenseless Lay who had shut his eyes and prepared for death.

Cyrus almost fainted when he came face to face with Baekhyun who looked more than pissed.

Baekhyun effortlessly broke the arm he was holding forcing Cyrus to drop the gun before throwing him across the room smashing into a wall.

"What are you?" Cyrus said as he locked his blue eyes with Baekhyun's now red eyes.

"Oh did I forget to mention it...I'm a vampire and since you decided to shoot me which resulted in a lot of blood loss I guess you will have to replace it now. But don't worry, Boss. I will be quick," Baekhyun said and before Cyrus could reach the door he was pinned to the floor and the vampire sunk his fangs into his throat before sucking him dry.

When he was done Cyrus was pale, cold and dead. He was feeling better and the gunshot wound was completely healed now.

"Look what you made me do. Now I broke my diet," Baekhyun said as he stood up and stretched out before turning to the others who were still watching him in shock.

"So...I guess the cats out of the bag," Baekhyun said with an awkward smile as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"I knew you weren't normal. Not in a bad way but I knew there was more to you because normal people are scared of me but you're not," Luhan broke the silence.

"So you're not mad?" Baekhyun asked.

"Not really.  A bit sad you couldn't trust me with your secret but I'm not mad. It's actually cool," answered Luhan with a smile.

"Hey guys, I'm sorry to break your confessions, moment but I'm bleeding to death this side," Lay said and Suho immediately ran to him.

"Thanks for finally showing up," Kai said as he saw his shadow move along the walls.

"What? You have some nerve you..."

"Kai, stop fighting with Jongin we can deal with that later. We have bigger issues to deal with," Luhan said to the younger.

"Which is?" Kai asked as if he wasn't in the room all this time.

"Well the fact that we are in a criminal organization and we just killed the boss which means if anyone finds us here we are dead. We need to get out of here asap," Luhan said and everyone agreed.

"Wait," Lay said after Suho bandaged his arm.

"We need to get the boy in the observation room. He is just 16 and we can't leave him" Lay said and since Baekhyun wasn't in the mood to argue he went into the next room and found a young handsome boy sleeping on one of the beds.

He carried the taller boy over his shoulder and soon they were out of the building before anyone discovered what they had done.

There was no time to go around as they all piled up in Suho's car before passing by Suho's house to collect money he had hidden for some time now.

"So where to now?" Luhan asked his roommate and best friend.

"Now, we move to a new place they will never find us and start afresh," Baekhyun said.

"By the way Lay. What is this kids name?" Kai asked as he held the unconscious boy.

"His name is Sehun. I couldn't leave him there with those monsters," Lay said.

This was the first time Baekhyun had moved on with other people and he wondered what the future held for them.
