Sam's POV:

"Nothing will take me down no matter how much I feel alone..." I sang while strumming my acoustic guitar. "Living and loving is just a thing I do."

"Hey," Colby said knocking on the bedroom wall. "Come do errands with me."

Sadness takes over me remembering how my mother and I always ran errands together.

"No thanks," I passed.

"I don't want to leave you here alone," Colby told me. "You know why too, just come with me. You have me to be with."

"No, Colby! I don't want to go!" I screamed at him angrily, tears flowing down my cheeks. "You know I always went on errands with my mother! She's dead now thanks to my father! I don't want to live anymore! Just leave Colby!"

He wrapped his arms around me as I sobbed into his chest. I didn't mean anything I just said. He knew that/

"It'll all be okay," He whispered and kissed my head. "I'll stay here with you, I can do errands a different day."

"Thank you," I whispered and sniffled. I snuggled deeper into Colby's chest, wondering if everything will be the same again, but in reality I know nothing will be the same without my beautiful, favorite, loving, gorgeous, mother.

I woke up, my eyes heavy not really able to keep them open. I shook Colby to try to get him to wake up and he was out like a light. Okay, cool. I grabbed some of Colby's "secretly stashed" vodka and chugged it down. I wiped my mouth and sighed heavily, immediately getting light headed after exhaling. I grabbed a knife.
