Newt's POV
"Now that you aren't trying to kill me, how about I show you around?" I ask her. She looks at me slightly surprised. "s-sure?!?" She stuttered. I look at the girl and see that she is smiling and looking at me. Slowly I feel my face heating up and I have to look the other way. "Well, off we go then." I tell her. As we walk around the glade I can't help but notice that she looks at everything strangely. "Are you ok?" I ask her. She turns to me and replies "Yeah, just these things, they look so familiar like I've seen them before." I look at her and say "I don't know why, I mean I'm pretty sure I would remember a pretty girl like you in the glade." I start to see her face turn bright red and I don't know if she is hot, flustered, or angry "D-did I say something wrong 'cause if I did then I'm sorry." I apologized. "Don't apologize if you didn't do anything wrong Newt."she tells me still slightly red.
Y/N POV
After I tell Newt not to apologize if he didn't do anything wrong we start walking again. Every now and then I look over and catch him looking at me, but as soon as I turn my head he looks away flustered or embarrassed from being caught. "You know you don't have to be scared to say something, I don't bite...much" I say to lighten the mood. I look over and see him chuckling "What?!?" I ask. "Nothing, I was just thinking how you turned an awkward moment into a funny one." He says smiling. As we walk some more he tells me the rules of the glade and when I would figure out what job I'll have. "What do you think I would be good at?" I ask him wondering of what he thought of me. "You would probably be good at everything, I mean your strong, smart, fast, and so much more." He say as he turns his head starring into my E/C eyes. I feel my self heating up again and I look away trying to cool down. "Ok, well this is the end of the tour greenie, hope you had fun." He says breaking the silence. "Yes, I had tons of fun, thank you Newt." I answer with a sweet smile. "Remember the bonfire is tonight...I hope to see you there." He yells as he walks to the building he called the Homestead. "OK" I shout back.
