"lexiloo" I sing

"Terra whoo" Lexi laughs

"what are you doing today? After school of course. " I ask

"going to see my grandma. She is baking cookies. "

"what are you doing?"

"I have no clue yet. Maybe something will pop up. I'll try to hang out with Tammy "

"what about Matt?" she wiggles her eyebrows at me.

"I wish I could reach through this screen and slap you. Trust me I would.  But Matt is just a friend I've only known him for a couple of days"

"so did you talk to your parents about us meeting this summer" she asks curling her perfect hair

"yeah, kinda Dad said it was a horrible idea. Mom supports it. Dad was okay with it tho. He said that I'm paying for it tho. I need 350$. "

"Yay!" she shrieks which makes me smile

"yeah,  but I can't cut into saving for it. "

"that's okay, -"

"Crap I gotta go sorry Lexi school is calling"

"oh okie love you!!"

"love you too!"

I ended the call to accept Matt's.

"hey Cutie"

"hello Matt"

"don't be so formal we are friends"

" right" I sigh

"anyways what ya doing after school?" he asks

"nothing as per usual"

"ughh your life is boring. come over after school"

"uh okay,  Address?"

"yeah yeah I'll text it to ya. "

"okay, bye"

"bai"

What was that about? Whatever. I just need to kill time till I can go to school.

Tammy and I are walking down the halls. She is wearing a more professional look today.  A black blazer unbottend. Followed by a pink T-shirt. black suit pants,  and light pink heels that match her shirt. It went well with her Carmel skin.

"how- why do you look so professional today?" I ask awkwardly.

Omg I can't even start a conversation right.

"oh this" she gestures to her outfit. I nod. "this is for an interview at a car sales place. "

"that's way cool. "

"yeah, where do you work?"

"uh I work at the um mall"

"oh that sounds fun. "

Yeah. It does. Unfortunately it's a lie.

"yeah, it is"

"what departme-" she smacks her head into the locker.

That's has to hurt.  saved by the bell. Wait no Its more like saved by the locker.

"oh gosh. Tam are you okay?"

"yeah I just need to go to the nurse."

We parted ways and I continued to head to lunch. I was in dire need of food. 

That's when this happened.

"oh I'm so so sorry I wasn't paying attention. " I chime bending down help this girl pick up her stuff.

"watch yourself. These shoes where
$1,000 daddy wouldn't be happy if a bus girl ruined them. " she gushed walking past me.

Her pushing me to the side with a shoulder bump. What a. Whatever it doesn't matter. It's just people like her get my blood boiling.

I finally I arrive. I grab a cheese burger and a milk. Chocolate of course.

After paying for the food I walk over to our table. Everyone was there except Tammy. Well of course she is kinda hurt. Matt, Taylor, Ray, Dayna, Saige, Brian, and Carson.

There is 9 of us in our group 5 girls and 4 boys. Most of the bus people left.

"hey" brian smirked.

I roll my eyes ignoring him. He wants to ask me out. He has been doing it since the second day of school.

Kayla Kean stood up on a table stomping her foot to get people's attention. Great it's the girl I ran into earlier. She is also the head cheer leader.

"mm is she fine. " Matt laughed.

Told ya I'm not his type. We are just friends.

"whatever" Dayna spat.

"listen here!! We have new students and things oh and clubs!!" she shouts "CLUBS ARE OVER THERE!!!" she points to a board. "and the new student is Terra Stienfeild " she slow claps. After pointing to me.

Some people clap. That's when my table roared.

Matt scream "Thas my girl"

I put my head down. For the rest of lunch ignoring the outside world.

"wanna play truth or dare?" he asks

"sure you first."

"okay,  Truth or dare"

"Truth" I laugh.

"whimp" he laughs " okay,  um. Is it true that you like music "

I thought he was going to say something petty. Like do you have a crush. But he didn't go there. He was mature about it.

"yes, music is a major part of my life. "

"why? So you have an attachment?"

"I believe you only had one question. Now it's my turn" I smirk "Truth or dare?"

Wow I'm getting good at avoiding questions.

"dare" he winks. I swear I'm going to smack him.

"I dare you to call a pizza place and say they have your donuts in a box"

While Matt was doing that Lexi texted me. I pulled out my phone. And took a snap video of him doing it. Before quickly checking Lexis message.

Lexi: Ik your busy but we need to talk later. :(

Me: okay! In a couple hours!!! <3

"Terra" I snap back to the conversation.

"oh yeah sorry. Anyways, I think it's your turn"

"yeah" he trails "is everything okay?"

"yeah" I smile

His couch the we are sitting on is really soft. It feels like a cloud.

I get a ride back home. Thanking Matt for driving me I stepped out and walked towards my door and that's when the cops where there. What happened this time?
