Lele's POV

"I'm sorry, am I interrupting something.?

"Wha- H-how... How did you get in..?

Cmon, dude. He was just about to kiss me... 😑

You ruin everything, Derek...

"Better be safe than sorry," Derek holds up and jingles a silver ring of keys. I recognize one of them, one of the spares.

Stupid pickpocket jerk brother guy...

"Lele, I uh, I kinda..." He sighs.

I wrap my arms around Juanpa and tilt my head in confusion.

"Your gonna hate me after this..." He shifts awkwardly to the side.

Behind him, I see why.

Short skimpy dress.

Overdone makeup.

Long, curled, extension filled blonde hair.

Mom...

Juanpa's POV

"Máma?!" Lele asks in disbelief.

"Hey," Sofia (I think) says awkwardly. I can tell she's fangirling inside, mostly about... Well, you know. Me and Lele...

"Why is she here?" Lele asks Derek.

Lele doesn't seem mad, just shocked.

"And someone else," Derek shrugs, innocently.

The elevator dings, and I see Hannah and Inanna walk in. Behind them is my dad, and then a little kid, clutching onto his hand like it's the only thing keeping him alive. He looks at me and Lele, then runs up to us.

"Lele!"

He hugs her almost as tight as he did to her dad, and then does the same to me.

Her mouth hangs open, and so is her mom and dads.

He... talked...?

She smiles widely, and hugs him again.

"So... anyone wanna explain to me what's going on?" Lele asks, holding Diego's hand.

"I think we should let you guys have some family time," Inanna says, obviously giving her the impression that she and Hannah planned this whole thing.

She motions for me to come with them, and I give Lele a good luck look before following them into the elevator.

"What now?" Hannah asks, pacing around a couple of arm chairs in the lobby.

"You could go anywhere. There's a bar, pool, hot tub, spa, restaurants, shops, you know."

They look at me like I just grew an extra head.

"What?" I shrug. "Well, I'm gonna go get something to eat. You guys want anything?"

They nod slowly, confused. It's all pretty normal to me. I walk towards the cafe, with Hannah and Inanna following. After we eat, we sit and talk in the lobby until we're just bored. After going through all the Instagram stories on my home page, Lele finally comes through the elevator.

"How'd it go?" Hannah asks hopefully.

Lele shrugs, "Well, my mom and dad were kinda in their own world. I guess I kinda don't wanna kill my mom anymore," She dramatically taps her chin, acting unsure.

"You guys wanna go to the bar?" Hannah asks.

"If we do, someone's gotta keep an eye on her," I point to Lele. "Remember the last time you got drunk?"
