Ness
12/7/16
A rogue Mii was found tied to a streetlight last night. There was a sign beside him saying: "Call the police, this car didn't belong to me". The Mii has been taken into custody and the police are reviewing the authenticity of the sign. There was a large purple W on the sign, signifying Wario's presence. Maybe when Wario was attacking Olimar, it was for the best? Needless to say, Smash City might have a hero they can begin looking up to.
The disappearance of both Luigi and Olimar are still unexplained, however.I don't know what to make of this one. Wario is suddenly being a good guy... But Olimar has disappeared, and the signs pointed to Wario. Or Yoshi did, at least. I don't think Yoshi has any personal vendetta against Wario. Luigi's disappearance, too, could point to Wario. He was highly suspect already, when suddenly one of his rivals goes missing. It's very sketchy.
Was it a sudden change of heart or did he have nothing to do with it in the first place? Eh, what do I have to do with it? I'm not some kind of detective, not even a semi-decent one.
"Hey, N-Ness." Lucas says sleepily. I turn to see the blonde sitting up in bed, rubbing his eyes. I smile.
"Good morning, Luke." I say. He brushes a chunk of messy hair out of his face.
"G'morning." He says sleepily.
"I'll be downstairs breakfasting, if you need me." I tell him. He nods and stands, once again grabbing his day clothes and taking them into the bathroom.
I walk downstairs and pour myself a bowl of Honey Crunch Munch N Lunch. Rock sits at the table soon after. I look around the room. It's surprisingly clean; for a house that only kids live in.
"You can probably put a cleaning business out of business." I tell the older boy. He smiles.
"I just turn off my brain and let my body do stuff. So I pretty much just clean everything. When I turn back on, I need to make sure I didn't do any weird stuff. So far, I haven't lost any money, but the amount of money I had before has changed." He tells me. I think for a moment and laugh.
"...How did you make money while technically blacked out?" I ask him. He just shrugs.
"I'm still trying to figure that one out." He laughs. I begin laughing harder. Lucas comes down shortly after the laughing dies down.
"Hey, are you wearing contacts?" Rock asks me. My heart skips a beat. "Your eyes are yellow."
My heart skips two beats and I quickly come up with a lie.
"Yeah, actually; I am wearing contacts. I'll be riiight back." I tell him before running up the stairs.
Once in the bathroom, I carefully put the violet contacts over my eyes. I put the second one in wrong, so I take it back out and put it in right this time. Yay. I walk back down the stairs to everybody sitting at the table: Villa, Rock, Toon and Lucas.
My eyes widen at the sight, but in a good way.
"Whoa, everyone's here!" I say, throwing my arms in the air. I sit on the counter, since we only have four seats and we all begin talking.

Megaman, Rock
I glance at the map up on the wall of Smash City. Everywhere Wario probably did something, I've put red pins.
Everywhere in between Luigi's place and The Stadium, Behind The Stadium, that statue with the broken orb and the rogue Mii. Nothing has any correlation. I step back and look at it. They're avoiding the North-West part of town. Luckily for us, that's where we are. The Stadium is in the centre and appears to be the place mostly affected. Does the Stadium mess with people or is it because it's in the centre?
I pass it off as coincidence and begin putting pins down on houses in the northwest area.
"What are you doing?" Toon asks from behind me. I drop a pin and turn around, trying to cover the board.
"Taxes?" I quickly say without thinking.
"It looks more like you're commanding some type of army." He points out.
"Well, I'm not doing that." I tell him. He shrugs.
"Okay, but what are you doing?"
"Grown-up stuff...?"
"You're a year older than me."
"... Grown-up stuff."
"No, seriously."
"... I'm trying to track down Wario."
"Why on Earth are you doing that!?" He yells.
"Shush! I want to see if Wario has actually kidnapped Luigi and Olimar." I tell him. He folds his arms.
"I'm coming with you, then."
I hesitate.
"No you aren't."
"Yes I am. You aren't going off and facing this lunatic on your own."
"... Fine."
"Can Villa come too?" He asks.
"No! I didn't want anybody knowing about this in the first place...!"
I turn back to the map and see the Mansion. Northwest corner. The least activity.
"Toon, what do you know about the Mansion's layout?"
"I can get into the third floor three separate ways - all without using the elevator or the stairs. I get very bored." He says proudly.
"Perfect." I say, putting a blue pin in the Mansion.
-
I look up at the Mansion. It's very pretty looking. It is made of dark wood and has various golden accents. I let Toon lead, as he has had more experience within the Mansion. He takes me into a bathroom on the second floor. He gets up on a sink and takes out his sword. Using the tip, he begins unscrewing the vent. He takes it off and hides it under the sink.
He climbs into the vent and ushers for me to come inside. I squeeze into the vent and give him a thumbs up. I fit, but I almost don't. We make our way through to a dead end. Toon suddenly stands and climbs up. I look up and see that the vent goes up a level.
I contort my body so I'm on my back and begin making my way up the vent shaft. Luckily for me, I taught myself how to climb up tight spots. Thank the creator for my lack of claustrophobia.
I climb into the vent I saw Toon enter and follow him. He stops and takes out his hookshot. I hear some banging sounds and then what I assume to be the vent cover scraping along the ground.
We exit the vents and enter a room with thick red carpet.
Toon takes a deep breath and holds out his arms.
"Welcome to the remnants of Brawl."
When I finish writing this, I'll just start posting them daily rather than twice a week
