Today was our first day back from break and I was exhausted, but it was about to be my last class of the day science; which was the least painful of all my classes, so I guess another 1 hour and a half wouldn't kill me. Today we started a project and Mr. F was assigning partners. I was hoping I got somebody decent to say the least; I was praying it wasn't Mary Kate. She had the biggest crush on me and I just don't feel the same. I've tried to explain this to her but she just walked away whispering, "You'll love me one day... You'll love me one day." I was so relieved when Mr F paired her with Johnathon. Eventually he ended up paying me with Madeleine Marino. I was cool with that; I didn't really know her, but I heard of her she seemed pretty chill. Her eyes were really pretty and she was really smart, so when I heard she never had a boyfriend I was quite surprised; I mean she's no Beyoncé but she like Selena Gomez. I wondered if she'd even let me help at all. I wondered if she was actually as nice as everyone said or if those things January had said was true. January was this girl who goes to my school they used to be best friends, but they got in a big fight or something and January said, "Madeleine seems all sunshine and roses, but she was actually a stone cold bitch." I've heard January is the queen of lies and I never really heard anything else bad about Madeline except from the petty girls. I started to wonder if maybe we'd get close during this project...like extra close... like couple close. Then, I pulled myself out of cloud nine and realized a smart girl like that would never go for a footbally brain jock like me.
