People who are welcome in Hufflepuff house1.) Everyone

Hufflepuffs can have different viewpoints, but hate is NEVER acceptable! Helga Hufflepuff said "I'll teach the lot and treat them all the same."
Someone has a different sexuality than you? Well, it's not your business. Someone has a criminal record? Still not your business. Someone supports a different political party? Not your business.
It's okay to disagree with someone, but never to treat them differently. We are all people, whether we are female, male, or neither; Republican, Democrat, or neither.
Some people treat younger children like they're stupid. We've all heard the jokes about locking kids in the basement or duck-taping their mouths. This is not okay! Why would you joke about something like that? Kids have feelings too.
People do not discriminate against people with different hair colors. So why does it matter if someone's skin is a different color?
In a fandom, if someone gets a fact wrong, then they are a "fake fan." Why do we do this? If you memorized the Harry Potter series, and someone else didn't, does that mean they're not a fan? If they forget who Viktor Krum is, does that mean they can't love the series as much as you?
A Hufflepuff should always try to support others. If you can't treat everyone the same, you probably shouldn't be in Hufflepuff House.
