those were very kind words you said about me. thank you, it means a lot! i wish i could just show my roommate, Kyla is her name, that you thought i was pretty and smart. but i was smart enough to know shed just tattle on me.
im 9 days clean, havent cut since i got your first letter.
i dont care about what happened back then anymore. you caused one, but youve helped me through all of them. youre my best friend and i cant wait until im better so i can be with you for real again. once i come back, nothing will separate us.
oh yeah. i asked for a new roommate, i got one. her name is judy. shes like me. i saw her wrists this morning. they went all up her arms. she freaked when i saw them, so i showed her mine. i think judy and i will get along. we'll help each other.
every other week, dorm advisors check our hips, stomachs, and wrists for fresh slits. mine are still kinda new looking. she'll see them. that adds to my time here. im sorry, zach. i dont want to let you down.
