"[f/n]?" You could hear Arthur's voice ringing out to you in concern. Quietly giggling to yourself you wrapped your warm blanket around your shoulders a little tighter before answering back yelling towards the open door with a smile.
"I'm outside," You giggled leaning back onto the cool grass pushing back your head so you could see the upside down doorway. Eventually his silhouette appeared in the light causing your smile to spread a little bit.
"[f/n]? What are you doing out here, its freezing..." He complained while rubbing his hands together hoping to warm them up a bit only to blow into them scrunching his eyebrows at your funny position on the grass.
"It's not that bad, once you get used to it," You giggled returning your gaze to the clear night sky, it had finally stopped raining making you yearn for the stars. After what happened at the conference hall both you and Arthur had returned to his house only for you to come out in his yard. After all it was such a beautiful night you just didn't want it to be thrown away. So you took the opportunity, grabbed a blanket and sat in the grass star gazing that is until you heard his voice.
"I beg to differ," He groaned looking up at the darkened sky.
"Then..." You thought about it only to slowly sit up while motioning him to come closer. "Come here..." He returned his gaze back to you only to raise his eyebrow at your small request but did it anyways without any complaints and sat down next to you. With a small smile you slowly unraveled the blanket and slowly wrapped the rest of it over him so he'll be able to warm up, leaving the both of you in a bundle of fabric.
"[f-f/n]!?" His cheeks started to turn colors as well his eyes grew twice as their normal size. "What are you doing?"
"Warming you up, silly..." You blushed a bit but you didn't let him see that. Sadly, the blanket was a little small leaving a small breeze entering your side of the fabric so without even thinking about it you wrapped your arms around his left leaning your head onto his shoulder hoping to find some warmth from him.
"I-uhh...[f/n]?" His voice cracked a little before he cleared his throat.
"Mm?" You hummed feeling your eyes getting heavier from the warmth as you waited for his comment in return but nothing came so you looked up at him only to find him staring up at the sky in thought obviously forgetting about his statement. "Arthur?" He snapped out of his daze only to turn his emerald eyes back to you. "Are you okay?"
"U-Uhh..." He hesitated. "Yeah...I'm fine, love..."
"You're lying..." You pouted feeling left out.
"Am not!" He argued only to look away with flushed cheeks. You sighed out of exhaustion not having the strength to argue with him, sometimes you wished he was just talk to you but he was to closed up to do so. Soon a small silence fell over the two of you as you tried to stay awake even though in reality you should be sleeping. Suddenly you jerked awake from feeling him twitch under your gentle grasp, in the silence you couldn't help but to think of how things turned out. Every time you were in trouble it seemed like Arthur was there for you even though at first it seemed like he wanted nothing to do with you. But now he seems different and you didn't mind it at all in fact you wished it stayed like this. That's when a small thought escaped your lips.
"Hey, Arthur..." You smiled at your thoughts. Instantly you felt his gaze upon your head causing your cheeks to heat up a little.
"What is it now?" He chuckled small.
