Blaire:

Blaire made is just in time, as she began to puke right as she entered the stall. The thought of one of her closest friends vanishing made her sick, especially since she was the last person he ever felt connected to.

Is this all my fault? She asks herself, still puking.

Jacoby:

Jacoby pressed his lips against another boy who lived in his group home, Riley.

"Promise you'll text me when you get there, and anytime after that," Jacoby tells Riley as they exchange one last hug, "I'm going to miss you."

"That's what they all say!" Riley replies, smirking and trying to gather the last things for his bag.

Jacoby raised an eyebrow, fixed the collar of his shirt, and returned to his conversation with Riley. "What do you mean?"

"Jacoby," Riley assures, "After a month or so of not seeing each other, you're not going to text me, you're not going to miss me, you're not going to care."

Yelling over Riley, "What makes you say that!"

"Because it's happened to me before, that's what makes me say that. Goodbye Jacoby, I've loved our time together but it's time to go our own paths... without each other!"

As Riley leaves, Jacoby begins to break down before a faint voice yells from downstairs, calling for Jacoby.

Sadie:

Walking to the bus stop, Sadie talks to one of her new friends, Garner. Turning around, and fixing her vibrant read hair, Garner asks, "Did you hear?"

Sadie nods.

"It's creepy, isn't it." she adds, "One day you see the kid and the next day he vanishes."

"Don't act like you care."

Garner frowns. "What do you mean."

"After Cody vanished everyone suddenly cared, but no one cared before he did. Everyone was more worried about putting him down because of his parents than caring. What if he killed himself?"

"Sadie."

Sadie yells louder this time, alerting the others waiting for the bus, "Don't Sadie me Garner, because you're one of those people. You know what, have fun in hell!"

"Hell? Oh go fuck yourself, Sadie." Garner fires back, before pushing Sadie down, who quickly begins to bleed. Sadie had cut herself on a metal pole.

Kai:

Waiting for Jacoby, Kai chatted it up with the young woman, whose name was Bailey.

"You know, you're actually pretty cute." Bailey tells Kai, blushing in the process, before calling for Jacoby.

Moments later, Riley came down the stairs, said goodbye to Bailey, and was out of the door.

"Where's he going?" Kai asks.

"He's eighteen. When you're eighteen around here you're on your own."

Coming down the stairs, Jacoby was shocked, surprised, and sort of joyous to see a familar face. "Kai" he says with a lit up face, a smile much bigger than Bailey's.
