Cody:

A dark room surrounded Cody, with no windows on any of its walls. With weak knees and calloused hands, Cody grew just enough strange to crawl to what seemed to be the door. Banging, he desperately tried to get someone or something's attention.

Suddenly, a small glimpse of light filled the room as if the door was slowly opening, and through the beam of light, Cody could see a shadow, a woman's silhouette.

Blaire:

Blaire heard a knock on the stall door and quickly stood up. Upon opening it, she already knew it was Beverly because of her pink converse.

"You okay in there?" Beverly asks as Blaire flushes the toilet, and with a piece of toilet paper wipes her face of anything left over.

Blaire opens the door. "Yeah." she sighs, "I'm fine."

Kai and Jacoby:

"I haven't seen-"

Jacoby stops Kai midsentence, "Since my parents kicked me out for being gay, yeah. So, what brings you here?"

By this point Bailey has found her way into the kitchen, giving the two guys their space. The two shut the door, and begin heading down the sidewalk of North St. when Kai shows Jacoby the news story over Cody's disappearance.

"It's not our-"

This time, Kai interrupts Jacoby midsentence. "Yes, it's our Cody. There's a memorial this Saturday and I wanted to invite you."

Jacoby hesitates. "I-I don't know."

"It'll be just us, I'm sure the other two don't even know." Kai looks at Jacoby's hazel eyes and completely gets drawn in. Seconds later, their fingertips begin to move closer and finally touch.

"Your?"

Kai moves his hand away. "No, I'm not!"

Sadie:

"You're all patched up and good to go!" Mrs. Neil says as she puts away her supplies and writes on a clipboard, which listed the information about Sadie. "How'd you get that cut, anyway?" she adds, clicking her pen.

Sadie sighs, "You don't want to know."

Mrs. Neil paces around the nurse's office, seemingly looking for something. "Garner West, wasn't it. Never trusted her. Faked sick ten times last year and believe me she is not a good actress." Mrs. Neil paces more until she finally finds what she needs. "There it is."

"How'd you know?"

Mrs. Neil smiles, surprised. "It was actually her? Wow, I have never been so proud of myself! Here!"

Mrs. Neil hands Sadie a sticker, with the words Champ on it. "What's this for?"

Mrs. Neil smiles again, this time leading me to the door. "Sadie, you've fucked up in the past, but I've noticed you go through so much now. I guess I'm saying you're a champ. You'll get through it, I promise."

Mrs. Neil shuts the door, and Sadie heads on to Chemistry.
