Chapter Eight: The Long Lost Lover (Cherry's POV)

I woke up in the arms of a 4 armed black monster. I tried to scream, yet I can't. The amulet was still hidden in my scarf, I didn't even knew I had one while at the plane. He released me and I fell to the floor, "Do you remember me?" It asks me in a male voice. "No. And I don't really like not knowing." It turned into a familiar face, "You know me, and I know you, we were together!" It said, with Lillian's voice. "Tell me who you are!"

He revealed himself, a tall young lad who had blue eyes and a charming smile. It was him.

"We were together, Cherry. You and me." He said. "You were dead!" I said, bursting into tears. "I was, but I only stayed dead to protect you, I loved you Cherry!"

"Protect me? No, I don't believe you. You killed my best friend! Cause you were in love with me!" He looked at me sadly, then went up to me and held my hand. "She wasn't dead, Sheri. She's still here. Think." I thought for a second, and she was there, she was behind him. And then suddenly her figure changed, and now she was...

"Deebee?" I said. "Hello, Sheridan. It's me, Dianne?" DarkBerry said. "You had so many things you never knew Cherry, you were so sad about me, so you chose to ignore everyone." "No, no! You were dead! I-I... I knew you loved her Alexander!" I said, trying to wake myself up from this nightmare.

"No, Cherry. This isn't a nightmare. I love you." He said as he kisses me, then pulls me back. "That girl, Lillian. I wanted to kill her, she's ruining us."

"Us? There's no 'us'! We've never and will never be together!" I said, then he became angry at me and chokes me. DarkBerry tries to let him let go of me, yet he was too strong, he has her now, she fell backwards and screamed in pain. He lets go of me as I  tried to keep my breathing normal. "You're not human, or a monster. You're a psychopath. You freak!" I told him.

"I will make you love me someday, Sheri! I will make you mine!" He said. "In your dreams!" I replied. He used his powers on me and threw me in a cell, with DarkBerry. "Deebee!" I said. "You shouldn't have done that to Alexander! He's insane! You dumb child!" She said.

"I'm so sorry, Dianne." I said, burying my face in my hands in despair. "Can't you just— love him?" She asks. "I don't like him, nor love him. I don't wanna be with a dumb monster."

"He loves you though. Can't you just love him back so this is all over?" She said. "I can't, and I don't know how." I replied.

"Cherry!!" A familiar voice shouts. "Battle stations, Cherber. This is gonna be a great fight."

(A/N: Sorry for not writing for so long. I also have books too so I got busy with them. So just enjoy what I call a "short" chapter because I mostly write with 2000+ words now XD)
