LARRY DALEY was skeptical.

He didn't want to be a museum night guard, and he definitely did not want to have to give up any of his "amazing" ideas just to sit at a desk all night and do nothing.

So when Cecil Fredricks showed him around the large building, he wasn't exactly paying much attention.

"Now, these are the real troublemakers," Cecil spoke, "The Olympians."

Larry looked over to see an exhibit showing 12 figures.

"Hephaestus, Dionysus, Hermes, Poseidon, Apollo, Aphrodite, Hera, Zeus, Athena, Demeter, Ares, and Artemis. The twelve gods of Olympus in ancient Greek mythology."

"So why are they troublemakers?" Larry queried.

"You'll see Larry. You'll see."

As the three old night guards left the building, Larry looked at the old instruction manual that they had given him.

Why would I need an instruction manual? Don't I just have to sit here and make sure nobody gets in?

Larry sat at the desk, wondering what he was going to be doing for the whole time he was there.

He glanced towards the speaker phone, picking it up with amusement written on his face.

" It's the eye of the tiger, it's the thrill of the fight, rising up to the challenge of our rivals!" He sang into the speaker, finding amusement from his voice being played all around the museum.

Eventually though, Larry got bored of his own voice, falling asleep on the spot.

After an hour of absolute serenity for the new guard, Larry woke up, placing the phone back in it's place and drearily trudged over to the door with his keys.

That is, until he noticed that the massive t-rex skeleton was missing and it's place stood an arrow with a not attached to it.

"Cecil? Very funny Cecil!"

Larry walked over to the exhibit, pulling the arrow from the centre of it.

Hide and seek time, new guy. The note read, and Larry furrowed his eyebrows.

"This is weird." He whispered, glancing towards the hallway, expecting to see Cecil there a taken apart exhibit and a smile on his face.
