Chapter 2

We finally got to Georgia. It looked really nice there. But of corse I wasn't used to it. The buildings were built different. So it not similar to Ohio. We went to this house manager guy. Where he shows you around and helps you find a place.

"Here's a house right here. I think this place would suit you guys good!"

The guy said. He pointed to a house in the magazine. It was a yellow 2 storied house. It had stairs leading to the door. A chimney. And a balcony at the top. There were doors that enter to the balcony. And it lead to a room. Cool, a room with its own balcony. Looked kind of fancy. But I liked it.

"Well, how much would it cost?"

My dad said with curiosity and concern.

"About.... 7,000 dollars.."

"That's really cheap! We'll take it!"

My dad's cheap. He's been cheap for a long time. But who cares I guess.

((LATER))

We got to the house and the guy unlocked it for us. It was really nice inside. It had like spiral stairs.

"Cool, something for me to run up."

I said excited.

The floor was tile. Kind glittery though. There was a huge living room, and a medium sized kitchen. It had a basement.

"Basements are fucking creepy.."
I whispered to myself.

"Alex.. Be quiet.."
My dad whispered.

And it had 4 bedrooms. 2 had there own bathroom. And there were two bathrooms downstairs.

"Wow! All of this for $7,000.. "
Said my dad.

'Kind of fancy and big for only two people though..'
I though to myself.

((COUPLE DAYS LATER))

We were all set inside the new house.
My dad put red carpet in my room. My room had the balcony. I loved to go to the balcony and relax. Or read a book. I loved books. I started to read a new book called "The Fault in Our Stars"
a lot of people said it was an awesome book.

((LATER))

My dad found a new school for me to go to. I would attending on Tuesday. It was a no dress code. But switched classes. Which means I have to go from class to class each day. And is had to be there by 8:00. Or 7:45 in the morning.
My dad found his new work. Still same time routine.

"Ok get to sleep, it's 10:00 already."

"Fine.."

I ran upstairs. I opened my dresser an put on pajama shorts and a shirt. I closed the curtains on the doors that lead to the balcony.
I crawled into bed and set my alarm to 6:00 am.
I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

((MORNING))

The faint sound of my alarm clock woke me up. I got up and turned off the alarm. I went into my bathroom and got in the shower. After 15 minutes in the shower, I blowdried my hair. Then brushed it. This time I was wearing my hair in a pony tail. But leaving my bangs out. I set my bangs to the side just leaving some hair in the other side. My hair was layered.

I put on white shorts and a white shirt that had a wolf on it with blue eyes and white and grey fur. And I put on a black jacket with blue socks and black wore out converses. I put on mascara and Chapstick. My face didn't have acne. So I'm lucky I guess. I grabbed my phone, my earbuds, and my backpack and ran downstairs. By the time I got downstairs I saw a note.
'LEFT TO GO TO WORK. LOVE YOU. -DAD'
I got a poptart and juice. I checked my phone. It was 7:30. I had at least 15 or 30 minutes. So I went into the living room and watched Bubble Guppies until 7:45. I ran to the door and walked out of the house closing and locking the door behind me.

((About 15 minutes later))

I got to school. I walked inside and the bell rang. I went to the office and a lady gave me a paper showing me what place I have to go to.

"Okay.. 314.. Math class.. Mrs. Laymen.. 3rd floor..."
I said to myself.
"Wait, what about my backpack?"

"Just keep it with you until we find you a locker.."

Said that office lady.

I walked up the 3 flights of stairs onto the 3rd floor. The bell rang... Which means, I'm late. I walked around until I found 314. I took a big breath and walked inside slowly.

"Ah, you must be.."

"Alexander Miller.. But you can call me Alex.."
I said softly hiding my face.

"Oh sweetheart don't be shy.. Show us who you are."

I looked up slowly. Everyone was staring at me. But there was one boy that caught my attention. A boy with skater hair and piercing blue eyes.

"Ok. You will be sitting by.. Chandler.."

She pointed to the boy I was focused on. I walked over to him slowly. And sat down.

'Oh my god..He gorgeous..'

I thought to myself.

"Hey. I'm Chandler."

He said with a smile.
I became speechless.

"I'm- I'm Alex.."
I said back with a little smile.

"I'll show you around. We can be friends if you want."

My eyes widened.

"Um uh.. Sure!"
I said nervously.

((Chandlers POV))

'Wow.. She's the prettiest girl I've ever seen! Keep it cool!'
