Do I Mean 'Nothing' To You? (A chandler riggs fanfic)

Chapter 9

The bright white light shined so bright, I felt like I nearly went blind.

I want to walk away from it, yet I want to see what or where it leads to. But I remember in movies where people say, "Don't go to the light!" Or something like that. And when they don't go to the light, they live, but when they do, they die..

But I decided to go with my gut, and go away from the light. I start to run away from the light. But for some reason, it's following me.

I start to sprint until I see this other light, but it was blue. I run into the blue light.

I then hear a sound.

Beep.....beep.....beep.....beep...

I could hear faint crying and voices. The voices I heard were My dad's, a doctors, and.... Chandlers?

"Um... Your daughter, has a very bad head concussion... Part of her, um.. Skull.. Is badly shattered.. When we got there.. There was, so much blood.. We though she had died.. But luckily.. She didn't.. We will have to have surgery to repair the skull.."

The doctor said. I wanted to open my eyes and move around. But I couldn't..

My dad started to sob and so did chandler.

((Chandlers POV))

'No this can't be happening!'

I thought to myself under all the tears I shed.

I look at Alex. As she's laying in her hospital bed.

Her dad leaves the room and so does the doctor.

I watch them leave as I slowly walk over to Alex.

"Alex, baby... Please wake up.."

I say under all the stress and tears.

I give her a kiss on the lips and walk out.

((Alex POV))

'Did chandler just kiss me?'

((7 hours later))

"Okay... We can do the surgery today, or in 2 months.. Mr. Miller.."

The doctor says.

"Today! Please!"

My dad replies.

"Ok, sign here and here.. So we can get started.."

I could hear the scribbling of a ball point pen on paper.

"We need you guys to wait in the waiting room."

The faint sound of foot steps leave the room. I could feel a lot of doctors surrounding me and rolling the bed to another room.

'Please god... Make me okay..'
