Marinette's POV:

"Hi Marinette! It's so nice to meet you! I'm Chloe, Adrien's sister."
Chloe took out her hand to give me a hand shake and I politely accepted

"Adrien" he said flatly, continuing eating his meal

"Sorry about my brother's attitude. He's an ass"

"Oh, it's no problem"I smiled

"So, miss Marinette. How's your mother? " My uncle asked taking a sip from his water

"She's doing fine now days. She's been recovering from what happened" I said, trying my best to put on a smile but it failed, it came out as a frown

"Oh, I apologise for bringing it up. I know this topic is emotional for you." he smiled looking at me "Your father was a great friend. Always thinking of others before himself. Always kind and caring. And I can see now that you are just like him"

"Thank you. It means alot... " I smiled shyly. Mr. Agreste was really a good friend of my dad. I have seen some pictures of him and my father on our photo album. They were posing like idiots, showing funny faces while laughing. I could feel my eyes watering. I blinked repeatedly to avoid the tears.

The night was spent laughing and talking with Mr. Agreste and his children. Well. Except for Adrien who was always staring at me. I find it a little uncomfortable by his sharp gaze.

I was now laying on my bed watching the blank ceiling. Flashes of bad memorise came flooding back in my mind. I closed my eyes and gave a deep sigh. My thoughts were interrupted when I heard the door crack open, immediately I averted my gaze to the door and found no one.

I sat up from my bed and furrowed my eye brows. Suddenly, the door shut making me jump. My heart beat was beating fast as I looked around the room. No one was there. But, why do I have a feeling that someone was.

I turned on the lampshade that was beside my bed. I looked around once again, I suddenly jolted up when my window opened, the cold breeze hitting my bare skin. I shivered and stood up, making my way towards the window closing it. The light of the lampshade suddenly turned off.

What the...

Strong arms held both of my wrist pinning me towards the wall. I winced in pain and I heard the figure growl, sending shivers down my spine. I finally looked up and was faced with red blood shot eyes staring deeply at my blue ones.

I can't clearly see his face because of the darkness in my room. He leaned slowly hovering over my neck and my breath hitched. His cold breath sending shivers down my spine, his nose barely touching my neck breathing my scent.

"Your blood smells so good princess"

"W-what?" I stuttered. My heart beating fast as his lips moved down on my shoulder giving me goosebumps. I started to sweat as I imagined the possibilities he could do to me. I gulped and tried my best to get my voice back.

"P-please, d-don't hurt m-me" I begged as tears started to form in my eyes

"Oh, I won't" he spoke in a deep voice "yet"

And with his last word, my heart fell. My beating increasing as tears rolled down on my cheek.
I could feel him smirk on my shoulder before he pulled himself away and with a blink of an eye, he was gone. The light of the lampshade turned back on. I clutched my chest breathing heavily, fear filling in my body.

I woke up the next day with my head pounding in pain. I groaned and sat up, rubbing my temple to ease down the pain. Someone suddenly knocked on my door

"C-come in" my voice cracked as the pain sting my head

"Hey Marinette I-OMG, why is you're nose bleeding?! " Chloe said rushing towards me

I froze....

"what?" I touched my nose and she was right. It was bleeding
