"Wow."
I nodded.
"I'm sorry that happened, he's such a--"
"It's fine. Don't apologize, you didn't do anything wrong." I said.
Wet sand squished against my feet as I walked with Cameron. We were on the beach, talking about my last relationship. I shook my head and looked down.
"I'm fucked up."
He stopped walking and his hands immediately grabbed my shoulders. My head shot up and I stared into his deep, hazel eyes.
"No you aren't. Don't say that, ever again. He's the one who is fucked up. He screwed up a relationship with a girl he didn't even deserve in the first place."
My eyes widened.
What did he just say?
I blinked.
"What?"
His expression softens and he leans in closer to me.
"He never deserved you."

The guys were asleep in the house. I was about to walk back in until Cameron grabbed my arm. I turned and looked.
"What?" I whispered.
"Let's stay out more. We can go midnight swimming."
I laughed. "I'm tired, besides, my swimsuit's inside."
He stuck out his bottom lip and pouted.
"Let's go get it, then we can swim. Please?"
I rolled my eyes and shrugged.
"Fine."
