"Ivory!!" Zack screamed.
And that very moment, he got on his knees and crawled through the hole Noelle had made in the wall.
Noelle heard scratching sounds as Zack crawled but after that, she didn't hear anything. She did not hear Zack's or Ivory's voice.
"Ahhhh what should I do?" Noelle anxiously whispered.
"What happened?" She said loudly.
"Zack?"
No reply. Except giggles which gradually turned into laughs.
"IVORY!" Noelle heard Zack scream.
Noelle now was confused to the point of no words. She had lots of questions and the only way to answer these questions was to get to the other side of the rock wall.
She kneeled down and crawled through the surprisingly thin wall.
When she got to the other side, she didn't see anything odd or scary. Until she lifted her head up.
Right there, in the middle of the forest, behind the rock wall was a wooden house.
The house they've been looking for, the house they went all the way for. The house was small, not fancy and pretty basic. The only way you can describe it was to say that it was brown, old and rusty.
But Noelle was still confused, why did Ivory scream and why is she giggling?
Noelle stood up from the ground and faced Ivory.
"Ivory!" She let out from her mouth.
The Apahavian turned to face her, her right hand was on her mouth to stop her from laughing even more. Her eyes were obviously genuinely pleased at the sight of Noelle so puzzled and mad.
"I tricked you both." Ivory said.
"You're both so dumb." She added mockingly.
A sly smile sneaked on Ivory's face as she waited for Noelle and Zack's response.
Zack smiled at Ivory and she smiled a bigger smile.
"Nice prank," he said.
"I know," she replied.
Noelle was taken back. She didn't like how relaxed Zack was. She didn't like how happy Ivory was.
"Excuse me?" Noelle said.
She got close to Ivory, her hands were in fists. Her eyes were shining yellow.
Yellow, pure yellow. Like a wolf, her eyes were neon in the daylight and it wasn't a very warm or happy yellow.
Zack saw what was happening and lightly pushed back Noelle away from Ivory.
"I hope you both noticed that wooden house, let's go there and investigate." Zack said.
Ivory and Noelle nodded at him. Surprisingly, Noelle didn't make a scene or threaten Zack or Ivory. She was tired, and was very regretful of this little adventure.
The three reached the house. Zack gave the two girls a look before he knocked on the door graciously. He knocked two times at one go and waited a couple of seconds for an answer. He knocked again but this time, way harder.
