"Oh my," Zack calmly said.
"Oh my," Noelle repeated.
"Are you all gonna do something?" Ivory asked.
Zack glared at the book, it seemed to be very old. As old as the universe. As old as everything in the house.
"Wanna investigate the book? Detective Zack?" Ivory asked.
He took a look at both Ivory and Noelle. Ivory looked like she just had a well rested 9 hour sleep, and dreamt about unicorns and mermaids. While Noelle looked like she hasn't had time to think about sleep for the last three day, and the last time she slept, she dreamt about monsters and things coming out of dark corners at night.
The human boy wanted to stay, and marvel at this weird and mysterious house, with secrets that would last a person for centuries. But he wasn't taking any chances that Noelle isn't going to punch him straight in the face.
"Y'know what? I'm tired, let's go back to school," Zack said.
"I agree," Noelle pitched in.
"And I hope that Ivory agrees too," Noelle said loudly and condescendingly.
The Apahavian rolled her eyes at the purple haired girl and simply nodded to Zack.

The night sky was dark and immobile. The crescent that decorated the sky looked faded and washed, surrounded by tiny sparks of silver. Ivory couldn't help thinking about how she doesn't know a single thing about what's above.
She stood back from the window, and thought to herself that she should stop daydreaming. She glanced at the turquoise clock on her white walls, it was a quarter past eleven yet she was still awake.
But she really didn't feel like sleeping. She rarely did.
The girl went back to her beloved window and looked back up at the sky. But instead of thinking of the mysteries of the night sky and what not. She pondered on better things.
Why was Chrystal lost and buried under mud?
Where is Professor Yor?
Ivory knew that she'll probably never find the answer to these questions and she was wasting her time.
But she couldn't stop looking at the sky and wonder.

Noelle was talking loudly about a book she has recently read. Her yellow wolf eyes kept fluttering to Ivory, Zack and Terra as she told a tale of a failed guardian angel who tries to get her wings back.
"And anyways, at the end she doesn't get her wings back because her plan failed but," Noelle said with a dramatic pause at the end.
"She learns that she doesn't need to be an angel to help other people, so she dedicates her life to helping one person after the next and even starts her own charity!" Noelle exclaimed as she retold the finale of her favorite book.
The girl changed her gaze to the faces of the people around her. Their faces were droopy and everyone looked like they were trying their best to keep in a yawn.
Zack noticed the silence and decided to speak up.
"Wow Noelle, amazing story, anything else somebody wants to share?" He said as he looked around at the faces of his expressionless friends.
Noelle immediately raised her frantic hand in eagerness. A big smile on her face as she thinks about another book to retell.
"Okay, anyone but you Noelle. I think you've shared enough," Zack explained to Noelle.
