He is excited, while am nervous.
I pressed the button of the elevator. And waited for it to open, when it did I stepped inside and it was almost closed, but someone stopped it and of course he is Calvin.
I felt my cheeks heating up and am definitely blushing already.
"good morning, did you slept well " Calvin said.
"Good morning to you too. yeah great and you? " I said avoiding to look to his face.
I wanted to look to him, but my eyes refused shyly.
"After your answer yesterday why wouldn't I " he said winking at me.
I felt my whole face is heating up now.
DING!
And we arrived to the company floor.
"Now follow me " he said, going to his office and me following.
Now, what does he wants?
He opened the door and waited for me to enter and locked it.
Is he going to rape me or something!!
Am really scared now.
If he even tried to touch me, I will scream and the employees will save me... Now am ready.
Damn! Am going crazy!
"Sit Catherine " Calvin interrupted my wild imagination.
I took a sit facing his charming eyes.
"I want to ask you face to face since yesterday we were only texting, do you agree to date me? " he asked me. So seriously. I felt like he was making a deal with me.
This look so cliche but I like it.
I felt like I don't have a tongue, like am voiceless.
All I could say is a small "yes"
"Cathy you don't look okay! Am I pushing you to something you don't want ? Am I exaggerating? " he asked me.
Believe me you are not.
Then I felt my voice coming back.
"No, it just I never did this before... And I have issue with trusting people, I don't want to lose my job " I kind of shouted.
"you won't loose your job " he said putting my hair behind my ear.
Why it's so hard to not fall for him ? I mean beside his words, look at him he is damn hot.
He is wearing a dark grey suit and no tie.
I noticed that he don't wear ties at all.
"Can we have lunch together ? " he asked me.
"Yes why not " I said smiling at him.
"It's a date then! " he replied with that grin on his face.
