Dani's bar is more like a bistro, with all that old wooden tables and chairs .
I used to come here years ago, with friends from college .
I still remember all those nights in here, enjoying drinking beer and playing blackjack and billiards.
I miss those days.
My sight fell on the guy with glasses, waving to me, as I entered and started looking for Jim. I really didn't recognized him at first with those glasses.
"Hey bro " Jim hugged me.
"Long time no see man " I replied. Setting next to him by the counter.
"You wear glasses now? " I asked him. Taking a handful of peanut.
"yeah. Kayla said I look hot when I wear them. " he claimed with a proud grin.
"I can't believe it that you lasted this long, it's been six years now huh? " I've been always surprised of their relationship.
"tell me about that, she is out of my league plus nothing in common between us, but I love her. She complete me I guess. " he replied, giving me a bright smile.
"What would you like to drink guys? " A female waitress asked.
Suddenly I remembered those gorgeous, oceanic eyes, I thought, I stopped thinking about Catherine for a bit, but no, I didn't.
The same blue eyes but different faces, looks and emotions.
"from earth to Calvin! " Jimmy stated, waving his hand in front of my eyes. Taking me away of that image of her, cuddling in my arms.
"whisky. Please " I ordered.
"why you became gloomy now? What's wrong, dude? "Jim asked me.
"Am in love." I muttered.
"What you said? Did I heard you saying that you are in love? " he asked, giving me a confused look.
"Another glass of whisky please! " I ordered.
"Don't tell me she is Cindy! " Jim exclaimed.
"NO! Dude I will never like that bitch. I even heard that she was the one who gave Martin the offer, to force me to marry her. " I claimed. Drinking the whole glass of whiskey.
"Oh! I knew it. Last week I was going to make a report about her father, I found out that he just established a new company and Mr Martin was one of his partners. " Jim replied.
"Yeah, I was sur--"I said before Jim could cut me off.
"But you didn't answer me, who is the one that made you fell for her? " Jim questioned.
"She is my PA. Catherine. " I replied. My head start to spin.
"And!!... How did this happened?" Jim asked, giving me a confused look.
"I met her in the Stewart's Charity Event, she was wearing a yellow laced dress, that made her eyes look like the ocean. Her smile and the way she was shy and reddened, made me want her. " I replied, remembering how beautiful she was and how gorgeous she is.
After few minutes :
"And now she is laying there in the hospital because of me, I can't even be with her. all I can do is drinking. maybe this will make me forget about my life a bit" I said finished recounting the whole story for him. And grabbing the seventh glass of whiskey and swallowed it in one.
"Cal stop drinking!! "Jim ordered me
But I can't stop, I can't... This thing is tearing me up.
"I miss her." I muttered.
"Come on! Let's take you home. You've drank too much. "Jim grabbed my hand over his shoulder and led me out of the bar to his car, literary dragging me.
"I love her man! "I mumbled.

Catherine's POV
I opened my eyes and I felt numb, like I was sleeping since ever.
I remembered everything that happened, as my cheeks became wet from the tears.
My eyes are a bit blurry and my wrist is wrapped in a bandage.
I remembered that the last thing I saw was Calvin's eyes.
His words captured my thinking.
He thought I was sleeping, but I heard him well, even though I couldn't open my eyes.
His words are never going to solve anything. I mean am in a hospital for trying to kill my self God damn it!!
"Catherine! My little girl! You are awake! " my father exclaimed, entering the room.
"D-Dad" I called him but the huskiness made my voice cracking.
"My Angel! I shouldn't leave you alone, I am sorry. I was so busy with the restaurant and I didn't take care of you. " dad said, with tears in the corner of his eyes and a sorrowful look on his face.
"CATHY! You are awake? Oh my God! How could you do that to me? I was so scared, I thought I lost you. "Emma entered the room shouting and whining. Before I could reply on what dad said.
She kissed my cheeks roughly, which made me cry of pain.
"Sorry! Sorry! "She replied.
"Am fine" I claimed.
"The doctor said you may leave if you are feeling better. " She grinned. happy to take me home.
"Yeah... Let's leave !" I requested.
"No Cathy! you are coming with me. " dad informed me giving me I bright smile.
"No dad, it's fine. Am going with Emma. " I replied.
"I don't think so... " Emma said confusing me.
Why she doesn't want me to go with her?
"I thought that changing the place for sometime could be good for you.
And Maybe this will help you to start a new chapter in your life. " Emma explained.
"Probably you are right. " I agreed to go with Dad.
