It has been a week since the Halloween party and everything was going smoothly. It was a nice Saturday afternoon and the pack was relaxing on the couch when Liam's phone rang. He grabbed it and headed in the kitchen. When he came back he had a huge smile plastered on his face. Everyone turned their head, except Theo.
"What's got you in such a good mood?" Kira asked Liam, curiosity spreading across her face.
"My stepdad. H-he's got a work trip here. Well not literally here it- you know what I mean."
"Uh no we don't," Malia deadpanned shaking her head. Ryan hugged her side in a comforting way.
"Yes-" he looks at Malia then back to Liam, "yes we do." She looks at him with a confused face.
"No w-"
"Malia not helping, " Ryan shakes his head. Everyone just looks at them until Liam continues on his rant.
"Well, he's coming to do a project at the Idaho Hospital near here. He wants me to stop by the hospital." Liam said with his big smile not leaving his face.
"You'll have to check out of the campus first." Mason said to his best friend.
"How," Liam asked
"At the main office," Scott began and quickly spotted Theo crossing his arms out of his peripheral vision. "Have fun and be careful."
"I'm always careful." Mason snorted and muttered an okay, laughing at what Liam just said.
"Bye." Liam said making a face at Mason and walked out the door.
When Liam left Theo shot up from his spot on the couch and headed to the back door.
"Where are you going?" Allison asked watching him enter the kitchen.
"Out!" Theo yelled from the kitchen and the next thing they all heard was a door slamming shut.
"What's gotten into him?" Kira asked mostly at Scott.
"I don't really know," Scott sighed and went to take his place on the ground next to his newly girlfriend Kira.
They all continued watching a movie for another hour when an announcement was made not by the principal, but the vice principal. "Attention all students and staff you may have already heard the rumor that there had been a hunter attack at the Idaho hospital and is still in motion. We have sent some guards to head and protect the hospital. Stay in your dorm until further notice. Please do not worry and we will get back to you soon."
"The hospital where Liam is?" Mason stood up worry spreading across his facial features.
"Yeah, but why would they attack a hospital?" Jackson asked removing his arm around Lydia.
"My dad and grandfather are apart of the hunter attack, I know it." Allison began, "They know that Liam is going to see his father there and they know he's not going to be the only supernatural creature there." Kira stood up and walked next to Allison.
