As I got to the Hunter's recruiting area I couldn't help but to be impressed at the size of this place. Some guy came over with a group of his friends.

"You lost little shrimp?" The guy asked and his friends laughed. I glared.

"No, No I am not lost. And I'm not a shrimp," I grumbled.

"Look at you you barely have any meat on them skinny limbs of yours. I could snap you like a twig," he said. All I said was so could I and I walked away.

Yeah so what I'm skinny, but you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I found the Head Hunter's office with little difficulty. I just had to let him know I got here early so he can start my 'training' right away. From what I studied about Hunters I know that they like to get there sudents trained as soon as possible. Hopefully I can soon find out where they're keeping Dad. I can't be too obvious though.

I knocked firmly on his door and stepped in without hesitation. The Head Hunter looked up from his desk and gave me a weird look. I just stepped forward and closed the door.

"I do not believe that I told you you could come in miss..." he said.

"I apologize sir, but I am Sadie Adams. I arrived a day early and I'd really like to start as soon as possible," I said using my new name. It's hard when you're used to your other name. I keep wanting to say it instead of my new one.

"When I was told I was getting a new recruit I wasn't expecting a skinny little girl. Why must you waist our time?" he said and stood.

"Believe me sir you won't regret it. I can hold my own in a fight. Never judge a book by its cover," I said. He said we'll just have to see about that and personally decided to take me to my first lesson.

The boy I was to fight was the same one that stopped me earlier. I laughed a little. I told the Head Hunter he might want to get an ice pack cause the boy would need it. He just gave me a curious look.

The guy laughed and said that this was totally unfair to me. I slid my jacket off and took a deep breath. I have to watch how hard and how fast I hit. My strength and speed is inhuman.

I was the first to attack. He dodged well and I dodged his hit by back flipping away. We circled each other. He attacked and I blocked him and went for the opening he left me. My fist collided with his side. He spun away swearing. The Head Hunter was watching intently now, as were this boy's friends.

My opponent stopped holding back but I continued to, so that I wouldn't hurt him. He wasn't much of a challenge, but to make it looked real I let him get in a few good hits.

The Head Hunter eventually stopped us and said that he was extremely impressed by my fighting ability. He said that there might be something worth keeping me for after all.

I was led to my new room, given a schedule and told to get some rest and to freshen up. Then I was alone. My first session was over, but there were many more to come.
