Today was saturday, therefore I had to go out and let my mom have the house to herself. I called Lacey;
Me: Hey, you busy today?
Lacey: Nope.
Me: Meet me at Coffy in 10 and bring Aaron.
Lacey: Sure, see you there.
I wasn't really dressed for a day out to be fair but it was casual. I chucked on some converse and headed out.
I walked fast so I wouldn't make them wait for me. I arrived and nobody was there. I waited a while for them until they arrived. We gave each other a brief hug and went in. Aaron went and ordered. Lacey and I found a table right by the window. Window seats are the best right? Agreed? Agreed. We sat down and babbled a bit about pointless stuff that neither of us cared about. Once we had stopped chatting, Lacey did a strange eye movement, guessing that she was eye pointing behind us.
I carelessly looked over her shoulder and noticed a boy. Not just a boy. An extremely attractive boy. He had his head in a book and it looked like he was pretty deep in it. Boys who read are freaking adorable. He was all alone and there was an empty seat next to him. I wondered on whether I should go and say hi or something, but I left it for a bit. Aaron came back with the drinks. Their drinks are so yummy. Possibly as yummy as this fairly orgasmic stranger could be. I mean. What?
We drank our drinks pretty fast, leaving me highly bored. I started to lose thought as I stared at the perfect creature behind Lacey. He had average lengthened hair that draped to the left of his head. His lips were slightly parted. I just wanted to walk over and take him right there and then.
I stood up and adjusted my clothes. Lacey and Aaron gave me a confused look, saying 'what the hell are you doing?' I took a slow shuffle over to his table and stood there for a few seconds. speechless. I didn't know what to say. He looked up at me.
"Can I help you?" He asked.
"Um..no, I thought you looked tinsy bit lonely so I thought I'd come say hi," I replied, my voice was shaking.
"Oh, hi?"
"Yeah..hi," I mumbled.
"I have to go, thanks for the great conversation," He said sarcastically, as I stood there in awe as he ran his fingers through his hair, away from his amazingly dull eyes. I melted inside. Wow. With that, he swept himself out of the door.
I turned around to Lacey and Aaron, not knowing what to do. They sighed. I smiled to myself
