Chapter 21

I just sat there in silence,still thinking how i should get away with it.

"I'm just kiddingg, " he chuckled and continue to slurp on the chicken soup.

"I hate youu, " I rolled my eyes playfully . "I love you too, " He then put slice of the pizza to my mouth to shut me up ,probably.

Not long after, all the foods we ordered had arrived.

The food tasted really good just when we finished them,Taehyung took out a tiny jewellery box . A big smile is written in his face and he opened the box -

A beautiful shimmery necklace is revealed. I was surprised about it- how'd he know i love this necklace -

*Flashback when  Taehyung is still 9*

I saw the same girl who's my age being in love with the necklace so much in the jewellery but her parents shrugged her away. She's the same girl who saved me from a car accident few months ago. She seems to be treated badly by her parents or step parents.

I feel bad for her but i couldn't do anything because I'm just a kid.

I hope we can meet again someday.

End of the flashback

No way....

He remembered me.

"Glad that my wish came true, " He smiled.

"But.... All i did was pulled you away from the car that's coming... Isn't buying this for me abit too much? "

" Hey, you saved my life. If it weren't for you, i wouldn't be here right now. How could i only thank you? " He started to put the necklace around my neck.

"You're too kind," I kinda feel bad.  He remembered me yet i didn't think of hoping to meet him again someday.

I'm so sorry once again.... And thank you,Kim Taehyung.

"Would you please accept my feelings?" He looked deeply into my eyes,making me nervous.

I should be the one to ask you this...

"What do you mean?  I already did long ago, "I chuckled.

His expression turns jungshook.

"Yahh why didn't you tell me earlier? " he asked in a mad-playful.

The atmosphere were cut off by my two best friends who just came back.

"Ooo what just happened? " Sohyun wiggled her eyebrows.

"Uhmm nothing much, " I smiled awkwardly.

"What do you mean nothing much,birthday girl?  We're getting married soon, " He smirked as he slung his arms around my shoulder.

"WHATT-" The three of us looked at him,suprised.

"That's too soon!! " I slapped his arm away.
"I am just kidding,we're not getting married. yet.," he laughed playfully .

"You--" I was going to run after him but there's too many people looking at us.

"You finally meet the right man, " Jihye teased.

Well I'm still glad about meeting him.
