I wake up to feel pleasurable sparks trailing down my waist and i snuggle closer to the thing providing me the nice warmth to feel them wrap tightly around my body pushing me closer towards the heat.

I moan with satisfaction pushing my face into the hard warm chest, with droggy eyes I peel them open to see Caiden dark clouded eyes staring down at me in hunger.

Blushing a deep shade of red I look away pressing my forehead to his chest so i couldn't see him.

how's my beautiful mate? i look up in shock as i hear his voice in my head, whaa..t?

"how did you do that?" i muttered shocked and confused

"We're mates love after we mate our souls are bonded and we are able to mind-link one another and any members in the pack" he says gruffly nuzzling my neck

My breathe quickens by this new information, so i had no more privacy? i think dazedly forgetting he could read my mind and his arms suddenly tighten at my thoughts rushing through my head

"You are mine" he simply says nibbling at my now sensitive mark making me arch my back

"how come i cant hear your thoughts?"

"I have a way" he smirks and winks at me playfully i sight i wasn't use to, i smile at this untill i registered what he said

"What! that's not fair" i move back looking at him i shock

"Tell me, I'll find another way if not"

"So there is a way?" I ask pushing him away by his chest

He looks down at me in anger

he growls slamming me back towards him possessively, wrapping him arms around my body carefully not to hurt me but tightly enough so i couldn't move a bit.

"Don't ever push away mate" Caiden growls hugging me close spooning me, eyes black.

His eyes suddenly glazes over, a dark illumining shadow making an appearance to his face as he scowls.

I look up at him in confused thrumming my fingers on his back making his eyes snap down towards me instantly changing his eyes into from black to sky blue

"Stay here babe and don't leave the house, I have to go sort out some trouble in the west border and I dont think my wolf nor I would appreciate a male looking at what's mine, as soon after we have mated"

i blush and lazily nod eyes closing i smile lightly as he pecks my lips and stands up from the bed cocooning me with the big blankets.

he looks troubled at leaving me alone,

"Make sure you eat all the food off the tray i'll send up once you've awaken, i specially already told the chiefs to keep an eye out, you've been picking at your food lately and that's not healthy" he says giving me a stern look
