Hi guys, its been ages since I last updated and I'm really sorry but please understand due to some circumstances, my life had other plans and has been throwing bricks at me lately.

My exams for this year are nearly over, finally! I have my last exam next Monday, although it may be kind of useless of me to inform you guys this because i have no clue when i'm going to be finished writing this chapter. I want to say thank you all for the likes and comments it really means a lot and i assure you that i actually read each comments. Anyway I will try to update more often and as much as i can

Um haha...lol...also It's been so long since I've worked on this book so i kinda forgot the characters and the plot so far. So please correct me if you you see any fault and i will gladly change my mistake. and to those readers (and me) who has forgotten what has happened so far to summarize briefly =

Ruth is in under threat due to a massive group of rogues who are trying to take her away from Caiden, as she is his mate and only weakness in able to destroy his pack. Rogues attack the pack one day hurting Ruth, which angers Caiden and so declares war. promising thousands of deaths due to the threats being made to his little mate. Caiden also invites Vincent and Leroy the Alpha twins from the south to discuss tactics to furthermore bring down the rogues in the harshest most cruelest way to deliver a message to other future threats.

For more than 2 extremely long boring hours on Caiden's lap, with his muscular arms around my waist, I was still listening to what everyone had to say in Caiden's office, which had a few of our highest warriors, along with Jack, Vincent, Leroy and a few of their pack warriors. I sigh as I was cuddle up on Caiden's lap, resting my cheek against his broad chest as he sat behind his deck on his huge office chair drawing patterns on my back as they discussed about the upcoming event and future plans.

As I sat there observing and listening is in and out of the conversations, sometimes playing candy crush on Caiden's phone, i could now identify the Alpha twins, Alpha Vincent had hazel eyes and was slightly less muscular than his brother whereas Alpha Leroy has blue eyes and was a whole lot intimidating with his constant stern expression.

Feeling Caiden's eyes on me I looked up and give him a tired smile and his harden eyes soften as he crookedly returned a smile back.

I was getting rather stiff after sitting down for so long although it was very comfortable I wanted to stretch and move around and I could sense Caiden knew I was becoming restless by his agitated expression towards everyone. He wanted to to make me happy.

"5 more minutes princess" he said into my ear and gave me a kiss lightly on my forehead before joining into the conversation once again

I nod my head

"From the what I have over heard from the rumors traveling around the woods that they are recruiting lone rogues to join" I heard one of the warriors sitting on Jordans right say

I see Caiden's eyes narrow darkly at this

"She is mine" Caiden growled under his breath, pushing me into his chest tightly possessively, and there is a moment of silence.

"Alpha from what I know they will be attacking again within this week, we must throw them off guard and attack them before they attack here" Vincent finally says

"We should travel up the mountains and attack from there" Jake said

"That way we can take them by surprise and halt them from recruiting more members on the way here"
