"Why hello little Luna."

He grins sadistically towards me, eyes glinting with chilly empty emotions of hatred sending shivers down my spine.

He marches quickly towards me, the floor creaking from every step he took.

I yelp in pain as I feel him grab my hair, my scalp burns as he pulls me up, forcing me to look down at him from above

I scream out in pain as i feel the knife cut my cheek, warm gush of blood driping out

i glare up at the intruder, anger mixed with fear.

"What do you want?" I glare

"What do I want?" He chuckles evilly

Some emotion flashes in his eyes so fast it was unrecognizable

I squint my eyes in confusion

"I'm going to take you away from your mate and present you to my leader and watch you get killed slowly having the most painful death ever, just like how your mate did with my mate" he growls out, throwing me roughly into the wall making me drop on the floor like a sack of potatoes I bang my head on the ground in the process making me black out for a second

I heave myself up by supporting myself by my arms and I draw up slowly

"Caiden did no such thing" I defy stumbling backwards as he had a murderoius look in his eyes

"Your mate killed MY MATE!" He screamed moving towards me like a physopath, I stumble back in fright as his hand engulf my neck cutting off my air supply,

I've been waiting for his mate to appear for 12 years and I'm going to pay him back in the most painful way ever" he promised straying something in my face I cough as my eyes sting from the watery substance

In his werewolf speed he held me tight in his arms speeding towards the window. But before he could make it out Caiden's ferocious growl entered the room radiating off the walls making me cringe slightly by his deep overpowering growl

"Put her fucking down." I hear him order lowly

"Whatcha going to go about it huh?" The rouge taunted holding me tighter turning me around to face Caiden, i squeal in pain as his nails dig into my waist

Caiden narrows his eyes at me, scanning me before frighten face narrowing at the bloody wound that stretch across my face and the bruises that were probably making an appearance around my neck and body

"Your gonna fucking regret it" he seethe in anger, eyes pitch black

Caiden pulls a gun from his pockets and aims it towards the rouge. I gasp in shock as the rouge quickly closes his hand on my throat tighting it, a choking sound comes out from me

Caiden's eyes widen before looking furious at what the rouge just did

If the rouge thought it was going to make Caiden lose focus and weaken him, boy was he wrong

Caiden narrows his eyes and in a speed to light a bang of a gun goes off loudly in the room and I feel myself drop ground

Crying in agony as I feel my right leg crack under pressure of the body looming over me

I feel Caiden lift him off me like a rag, snapping he's arms and legs, and throwing his body against the wall i can hear a body drop.

I wince at the sounds of the bone snapping.

Caiden instantly comes towards me side lifting me up softly like a baby growling ferociously, growls rumbling through his chest, sniffing me

He stay like that for what seemed like 10 minutes before footsteps could be heard from downstairs

Caiden's growls lowly in warning, holding onto me in a death grip.

"They are not taking you away from me" he growls livid in anger

"You are MINE"

"This is fucking war" he growls kissing my mark slowly before looking straight in my eye.

"They will all fucking suffer the consequences from touching what's mine" he pushes me softly in his embrace making sure to carry all my weight so my broken leg wouldn't be under any pressure.

He howls up towards the window to be later joined by the members of the pack as other howls echo through the air.

I hear a number of foot steps climbing up the steps and I instantly finch holding onto Caiden, burying my head to his shirtless chest

Caiden growled warning under his breathe to the people at the door, craddling me

"Alpha we have them all killed"

"Take him to the torture cell" he growled indicating to the unconscious guy

"And torture him as soon as he wakes up for any information with the most harmful hurtful weapons without killing him" Caiden ordered harshly

"Yes. Alpha."

"Bring me Dr Fenwick over and contact the Maddox Alpha's from the south"
