Chapter Fourteen

Clair P.O.V

I turned around and I was relief when I saw it was Sinn. I put my hands over my mouth staring at him

Sinn: "It's just me."

Clair: pushes him gently "You scared me you idiot!"

I heard another glass fell and I looked at Sinn with widened eyes. He smiled at me and put both of his hands on my shoulders.

Sinn: "Are you okay?"

Clair: "Is everything okay up there?"

Sinn: "I was about to check on that. Can we meet up later?"

Clair: folds arms across chess "Maybe"

Sinn: "Please?"

Clair: "Well... if you find me maybe we can catch up a little"

Sinn: "Great see you then."

Clair smiles and walks away

Sinn P.O.V

I watched as Clair walk away, hoping that she forgive me sooner or later. I just wanted to be with her so badly that it tortured me when I don't get my way with her. I took a deep breath and went upstairs to my room and saw Kate trying to clean up the glass on the marbled floor. She turned to my attention when she heard the door and give me a grim smile.

Sinn: "What are you doing? Stretching out his arms to give her a hug

Kate drops the dust pan and hugs Sinn

Sinn: "I miss you."

Kate: "I miss you too." looks at him "I'm sorry about that." looking at the broken vase "I was talking to Tommy when I accidentally knock the vase down."

Sinn: "Its fine." looks at her "How is Tommy?"

Kate: "He's spending thanks giving with his aunt." smiles "It will be good for him you know."

Sinn: sits on the bed "Yeah I understand." smiles slightly

Kate: "What's been up with you?"

Sinn: Sighs "a lot."

Kate: "like?" raises an eyebrow

Sinn gets up and rubs his hands through his hair

Kate: "fidgety much?"

Sinn: "I'm seeing someone kind of."

Kate: "what?"

Sinn: "Don't be mad its just that she makes me feel whole again."

Kate: fold her arms across her chest and raises and eyebrow "Who?"

Sinn: "Clair...Clair Hart."

Kate: "George's Daughter?! What's the big deal about her?"

Sinn: "There's no big deal."

Kate: "I thought you weren't going to lose hope in Victoria"

Sinn: "I'm not losing hope Kate."

Kate: "Fine! I'll love to meet this Clair Hart." roll eyes and leaving the room

Sinn: "Kate! Don't do anything stupid."

Kate: turns to his attention "Like what? tell her you're still married?"
