Chapter 14 - Truth.

  Chapter 14

 

Marielle Summers' POV

 

    I woke up and pain immediately shoots through my entire body. I groaned as I sat up. I then put my hand up to my head and felt a cold wet towel on top of my forehead. I took it off my head as I make my way to the kitchen to  get a glass of water. My throat felt dry.

 

     as soon as I reached the door I heard talking, and recognized who it belonged to, it was BEN's "I don't like Marielle, I--" I ran away from there, because if I listened to what he was saying, I'll end up getting hurt. I ran up to Sally's room. I barged in to see Jamie, Valerie and Sally talking about something. As soon as they saw me crying they stood up and rushed by my side. "What happened?" Valerie asked as she wrapped her arms around my shoulder. "B-BEN h-he said.. he said he doesn't like me..." I cried more after those words went out of my mouth.

 

 

        "What!? Why??" Sally asked and they both guide me in the center and helped me sat down.

 

       I told them what happened, Ben kissing Zelda to Ben saying he doesn't like me anymore...I don't even know if he even liked me in the first place.

 

 

      "What? The f**k?!" Valerie yelled. "Marielle, I know BEN for a really long time, I mean a LOONG LOOONG time... He's like a brother to me, and I know he wouldn't do that. I can see it in his eyes that he really loves you." Sally said "If--if he loves me then he shouldn't have been kissing with her and he shouldn't have said he doesn't like me." my voice was cracking. Sally didn't know what to say so she pulled me into a hug.

 

     "You shouldn't cry over that Jerk!" Valerie said bitterly. Jamie was rubbing my back, she wasn't saying anything to me but what she's doing is already enough for me.

     I fell asleep at Sally's room. When I woke up they told me BEN tried to go inside the room and wanted to talk to me something but Sally and Valerie stopped him from coming to me. I wanted to talk to him, I wanted to hear him out. Maybe I saw it wrong, maybe I misunderstood it all. A minute later someone knocked through the door. "Come in" Sally said. The door opened and Masky came in. He then pulled me into a hug.

 

     What the?

 

      "Marielle, I heard from Sally that you and BEN broke up, and since I am a very good friend I shall help you forget all your troubles. I gave him a small smile and was about to decline kindly. "No than-" but Valerie suddenly answered for me "YES! she wants to go" Valerie butts in.

 

      "But---" I kept my mouth shut when Valerie glared at me.

 

 

      "Good! Let's go!" Masky said as he headed towards the door. "But I'm in my jammies" I said. "Then hurry go take a shower and get dressed!" Valerie yelled.

I wanted to wear black jeans and a hoodie but Valerie told me to dress up nicely and then gave me a summer dress. She also put a little bit of make up. Just some foundation, eyeliner and lip-gloss. I really didn't have any energy to go out but Valerie was so insistent and she wouldn't stop bugging me about it so I gave up.

 

      "He-llo.. beautiful~!" Masky said in a husky tone. Oh..kay..

 

     "T-Thanks.."

 

      BEN Drowned's POV

 

         *Earlier*

 

       "May, you remember her right? I told you about her. My ex-girlfriend.. she.. she's back and something happened between us.."

 

          "What the f-"

 

 

        "Wait! No! It's not what you think, I meant, earlier while I was at the kitchen I was eating. Then all of the sudden she shows up and kisses me" I said

 

 

       "She saw all of that, that is why she's crying." He replied. "I know, she also accidentally broke the vase. I wanted to say that I didn't like Zelda and I didnt miss her. She kissed me!!"

 

       "I dont like Marielle.....I love her and I can't bear to lose her. I would probably die!" 

 

         Jack let out a sigh. "Yeah, just try your best to stay away from that woman. Explain everything to Marielle and make her happy. If you fail to do that.. " Jack step up closer to me and leveled his face with mine so we were face-to-face. "I'll be gladly taking her away from you." 

 

         I smirked. "Good luck with that.."
