Logan looked up and his eyes lightened. He began to caress my hand.

"Thank you... It means a lot to me Tess. I love you." Logan's said.

"Logan, I love you too." He smiled. "But I don't think we could be what we were before." His smiled quickly turned into a frown.

"I understand. Friends?" He asked.

"Friends." I repeated him. He smiled and it lit up my heart a little bit.

"So what now?" He asked.

"Foood?" I asked.

"Yes I'm starving." Logan said and waved over a waiter. This tall, dark blonde guy with chiseled cheeks and the brightest blue eyes walked up to our table.

"Hi. I'm Jonah, I will be your waiter tonight. What would you like for a drink?" He asked. His voice was soft like butter and he has a British accent.

"I'll have a water." I said. Hannah smiled and turned to Logan.

"And you?"

Logan's Pov:

I waved over a waiter and he walked over too us. I could tell Tessa had her eyes on him. I bawled up my fists and stuck them underneath the table.

When he asked her what she would like to drink his said in a very attractive way. I could tell she was intrigued by his British voice.

"Nice, I will have you're waters out in a few minutes!" He said before walking away.

"So how is dance?" I asked her.

Tessa's Pov.

"I haven't been dancing recently but I have a class tomorrow!" I said.

To be honest I haven't been dancing because of Logan. He broke me.

"That's great! Do you need a ride?" He asked.

"Um I was planning on taking an Uber or letting jake take me.." I answered.

"Oh, that's fine. How is everyone? I haven't heard from them in a while." He asked.

"Um everyone is great! We are all working really hard and we let all happy so.." I said.

"But are you?" He asked me. Am I? I looked down and thought s all the answers that flood my mind.

"Tessa. I'm sorry, if I made you unhappy. I always tried to make you happy. But failed you once and it will never happen again!" He said.

I smiled remembering the time he made me smile.

"Here are you're waters! Now what would you like to eat?" The waiter asked.

"I just want a chicken salad, no croutons. Ranch please!" I said and Jonah nodded and smiled.

"I'll have a chicken sandwich please!" Logan said.

"Ok you're food will be here soon!" He smiled and walked away.

"Hey Tessa? Can I ask you something?" He asked and my heart ran faster.

"Yeah sure." I said.

"Could you possibly watch Kong on Monday?" He asked.

"Um maybe! Why?" I asked.

"Well me and the gang are going to a big conference thing."

"Oh ok. Yeah I'll watch him!" I said.

"Thanks bab.. Tessa."
