You Can't Catch Me (Diabolik Lovers)

Chapter 2

    "Ow!" Pixis yelped at the tug of his hair. The albino, who he learned was Subaru, was trying to fix his hair a bit. Though this was much against both males' wishes.
     "Will you shut up already!? I don't have to be doing this for you!" Subaru shouted with a glare.
     "Then why are you doing it, you tsundere? Don't you have butlers or something?" Pixis shot back, a small smirk on his face.
     In reality, Subaru had brought up the idea of fixing the stranger's hair. It was truly a mess and the vampire almost had more of an urge to find out more about this stranger. Though he definitely wouldn't admit this to anyone.
     Little information has been found out of course, as Pixis was taught to never give large amounts of information to everyone. All he remembers telling people at this point is that his parents have died and that he's young and without a home, and after that, people who are generous enough lend some change or a jacket or even a free stay in the only vacant hotel room.
     It was honestly strange for Pixis to out right say he was 17. Because by that age, he should at least be starting to get somewhere in his life. But he wasn't taught that much. All he knows is how to lie and steal. And he'll continue to do so.
At the silence after Pixis' question, he smirked. Pixis - 1. Subaru - 0.
"Alright, I'm done. Now go put some damn clothes on." Subaru growled, standing up from his spot on his bed. Pixis stood up and turned to face Subaru.
"What clothes?" Pixis asked, tilting his head to the side in question. He held onto the towel around his waist as well.
Subaru couldn't help but look to see how toned the boy was. Abs were definitely visible and even though his arms seemed small, it was obvious he was strong.
Subaru's eyes even started to drift lower. A small towel can't hide everything. But there the vampire caught himself; eyes darting back up to the Neko's face. Even his expression was absolutely adorable, and the albino found himself staring again.
It wasn't until Subaru noticed a dark blush on Pixis' face, that he realized he was staring so hard and neglecting the others question.
"Go..Go check your damn room!" Subaru snapped, mostly in anger at himself. Pixis mumbled a sorry and rushed out of the room and to find his own.
Subaru frowned and covered his blushing face with a hand. He didn't even like guys like that. So why was he staring so long? God, was he embarrassed.
Pixis took off down the hall, not even knowing where he was going. He didn't know why he was blushing so hard either. People had seen his body before and gawked, but this felt like a different type of stare and it almost made the neko ... uncomfortable? No, that wasn't the word. But he couldn't think of it.
Pixis whimpered at the cold under his feet as he wondered aimlessly. "Where are you off to, neko-chan?" Pixis spun around to see Laito, leaning against the wall.
"Well now I'm wondering where your room is. I'm bored, and who knows the things we could do in there." Pixis smirked, obviously joking as he still had his towel around him.
Laito chuckled, "I might just take you there later." He smirked and started walking past the neko. "Your room is this way."
Pixis immediately followed, his tail swaying behind him. Laito found the guest room and opened the door for Pixis, then followed him inside. He shut the door behind him and smirked at the guest.
     Pixis turned and looked at the vampire and played innocent. Though how was he to seem innocent after his remark moments ago?  "Laito...what are you doing?"
     "Aren't you going to get dressed? Reiji sent me to get you and take you back to the main room. You can't show up naked, now can you?"
     "Did he really send you to watch me?" Pixis mumbled, a slight pout on his face as he reached for the clothes set out for him. Laito simply shrugged and leaned against the doorframe.
     "Reiji isn't a very patient person. Might want to hurry up." Laito snickered, crossing his arms. Just as Pixis realized there was no way out of the situation, and ready to drop his towel, the door swung open.
     "What's taking so damn long!? Ore-Sama needs the cat or Reiji is going to get mad!" Laito almost fell from the movement of the door behind him. He turned to face his brother and sighed slightly.
     "You know, you're ruining my fun. Later, neko-Chan." Laito winked at Pixis then took his departure.
     Pixis blinked then shrugged before turning his back to Ayato and dropping his towel.
     "HEY, Hey! You can't just undress without warning me!" Ayato shouted before closing the door and standing on the outside of the room. He huffed and crossed his arms, waiting for the other with a small blush across his cheeks.
     Pixis smirked to himself, laughing a bit, before pulling on the clothes set out for him. He finished and patted his hair that was now fluffy, thanks to Subaru.
     The neko walked out of the room and looked at Ayato. He gave a small smile to the redhead before scratching his twitching ear, like nothing happened.
     Ayato gave a grunt before starting to walk towards a set of stairs.
