Chapter 11: Becoming Freinds Part 1

Celestia's POV

I walked down the hall. It was my first day and Headmistress McGonagall gave me the day off. I decided it best to bring my godfather back the life. The portrait of Severus wasn't done yet, so I could easily bring him back. I went to the boathouse and grabbed the body of Snape. Making sure that I could apparate, I apparated home, waiting for Luna Star to be done

Soon enough, Severus stepped out, slightly annoyed. I smiled wide, tears in my eyes, as I went over to hug him. He seemed surprised at first, his expression changing before it softened. He hugged me back. We were like that for a minute or so before someone cleared their throat, obviously annoyed. I drew back, turning around to see mom smiling at us. See, here's what people don't know. My parents aren't psychotic in anyway, well almost. They're actually pretty normal, unless you think of dad as a noseless freak with a plan to become immortal and mom as a psycho chick who would kill for dad, even if it meant getting thrown in Azkaban. The thing is, you've got it all wrong. We might seem evil at first glance, but if you look way deeper into the history, dad wasn't incapable of love because he was conceived under a love potion because he actually wasn't. It was just another thing of a teenage boy running off with a girl and getting her pregnant. He didn't want to tell any parents, so he left her. It is true that she died, and it is true that he got Hagrid in trouble, and he felt terrible after, but seriously. They are wonderful people when you get to know them.

"Mum. Look what that girl did." I said. Mom just rolled her eyes, still smiling.

"An Immortal girl, mind you." the vampire said sleepily from inside the room. Both mum and I rolled our eyes at that. "I saw that!" Luna star said. I just shrugged as mum walked over to Severus.

"I'm glad she was able to resurrect you. Now you can look out for your goddaughter." Mum said, smirking slightly at the look of exasperation that flashed across Severus' face.

"I suppose I'll have to now I'm alive. Can't have anyone knowing who did it, right?" He asked me. I shook my head. He seemed amused. I just shrugged as I grabbed his hand, pulling him towards the fireplace, thinking up a quick story in my head.

"See you, mum. I hope to see you soon." I said. Severus said bye, mum just waved. We flooed to Hogwarts, McGonagall was surprised to see Snape, as obvious in her expression.

"Celestia! Ho-How exactly is Professor Snape Alive?" She asked.

"Well, I found him in the boat house. It turns out, Harry didn't watch him die, just pass out. his heart was barely beating. That's why Hermione thought his heart was no longer beating, because it barely was. I had the house elves that I have at my house fix him up. Now he's better." I said.

"Why didn't you tell me this?" McGonagall asked sharply. It was Severus who answered.

"She thought I was dead. I might have been had it not been for the extreme care that one of her friends took with me. I am extremely grateful I am here today." He said, his face unreadable as always.

"Very well. Celestia, you may go. I need to talk to professors Snape and Slughorn. Would you mind getting Slughorn for me, Celestia?" McGonagall asked.

"Of course," I said, heading out of the door, down the stairs, and through the gargoyle.

Slughorn's POV

"As you can see class, Amortentia has a dangerous effect. If you have a child with a partner than was under the effects of this potion, the child would have a very high chance of not knowing how to love," I said knowingly. I could see people taking notes and a couple people not really paying attention at all. I sighed. "You know, you could have someone slip a love potion to you, and you wouldn't even know, not even under the effects of the love potion." At this, ears perked up. I smiled at the attention. There was a knock at the door. The girl I had seen the other day was standing there. She looked a lot like someone I knew, yet I couldn't put my finger on it.

"Professor Slughorn, Headmistress McGonagall wants to see you." She said.

"Thank you. . ." I said.

"Celestia." The girl said.

"Thank you, Celestia," I said. "Class dismissed. Make sure you do the homework. It's on the board." I said, waving my wand so that words went out in slanting writing, my own. I got up, watching with curiosity down the hall as the girl, Celestia, pulled Blaise Zabini over, much to his friends' dislike. I looked away and hummed as I strolled down the hall towards McGonagall's office.

 Celestia's POV

"Blaise!," I said, trying to catch up with him. He turned around, realizing it was me.

"Hey, Riddle." He said as I stepped in front of him. I could see Theo's and Draco's disgruntled faces as we talked.

"Blaise, do you think you could introduce me Ginerva Parkinson and Luna Malfoy?" I asked. He furrowed his eyebrows before answering. 

"I could introduce you to Ginny. They're always together, Luna and Ginny. So, yeah. I suppose I could." Blaise decided finally.

"Thanks," I said.

"Don't mention it." He said.

"Hey, Cel, Why didn't you ask me? I'm literally Loony's brother." Draco said. I rolled my eyes at him.

"Because, dumbo. If you haven't noticed, siblings don't get along well. Whether if it's because of a toy, or simply a spur of the moment, they don't get along! Now, lay off before I curse you." I said seriously.

"I would take her seriously, bro," Theo said, backing away from me. I smiled evilly.

"Yeah right," He said, though he too had a look of terror on his face.

"Boo!" I said, making all three of them jump and run away. I laughed, making a mental note to apologize later. I walked away, humming to myself as I thought of all the stuff that I would be able to do with my parents' true colors after they were out.

I am so sorry I haven't updated in a while. You guys have every right to be mad at me. School is starting back up for me so I'll be updating less. It might help if you gave me some ideas. Thank you so much for being patient. You guys are the best.
