Chapter 3: The meeting pt. one

Hermione's POV

I went into the basement to get something for Harry when I heard whispers. I stayed quiet and walked towards the voices. I could barely make out what they were saying now.

"Pansy told me Lovegood looked distressed in potions after finishing her family tree." Said the person with a slightly gruffer voice.
"But that doesn't make any sense. I saw Weaslettes family tree. Maybe they'll be resorted," Said the other one. Malfoy! It was Malfoy.
"Well, we can't be sure now. Let's leave before someone notices." I hid behind something and saw Zabini with Malfoy. I waited till they were completely gone before I ran out of there. I needed to find Harry, Ron, Ginny, and Luna. As I turned a corner that goes towards The common room, I saw Luna talking with Neville.
"Luna! I need to talk to you. Neville, will you go get Ginny, Harry and Ron. Thanks." Neville went in the common room.

I waited and they finally came out of the common room.
"What's wrong Mione?" Asked Ginny.
"Yeah. Neville said something about you needing to talk to us," Said Harry.
"Just, follow me," I said. I lead them to a secluded part of the castle only very very few students know about and all ghosts know about. I told them everything I heard. I even told them I was a McGonagall. They just stayed quiet. When I was done, I turned towards Ginny and Luna. They looked at each other and got up. I sat down.
"Well, um, I. Am. A. . . Parkinson." Said Ginny.
"And I am a Malfoy." Said Luna.
"Yes." I said, looking at my watch. "Ginny, we'll have to get going in about 5 minutes if we want to get to McGonagalls​ office in time."
"Okay."
