Evan was crying, sitting under a tree, texting Connor.

Connor hadn't responded. Evan sobbed even harder. Connor hated him. Without Connor, Evan had nothing to live for. Evan punched the tree, letting his knuckles bleed. Fuck all of it. Evan ran to climb the tallest tree in the area, hoping to break more than just an arm.

Connor pushed against the vein. Dammit, it wouldn't break open. Connor slammed his blade down, but nothing worked. Connor screamed and slammed his bloody arm against the mirror. DAMN IT!!! The mirror was dripping and cracked now, and Connor was sobbing even harder. He finally took the blade and prepared himself. 

Bling.

Evan had texted him.

Dear Connor Murphy,

I'm at the orchard, at the top of the tallest tree. Before I jump, I want to let you know I love you. I don't love Jared. I don't love Zoe. I don't love anything but you. You are my lifeline, you are my whole life. I can't live without you. So, this is bye I guess. It was nice knowing you. Hope you miss me, wish you'd kiss me, then you'd know I worship you... I'll trade my life for yours...

"Oh my god..." Connor whispered.

And once I disappear...

"Wait HOLD ON!"

Connor slammed the blade into his vein, blood spurting out, and ran towards his car at full speed.

Evan jumped off his tree branch.

Christine looked at the razor and slowly, but surely, made a small cut in her arm.

Jared grinned and crunched on the bath bomb. C R O N C H.

Zoe cried in her room, calling Connor's name halfheartedly into her sheets.

Alana stared at the moon, wondering if she'd get to go there.

It must be a great view there, all alone, where nobody can see you.
