You finally made it to the second safe house. Getting out the car, you went round and helped Jigen out, giving him back his hat with a kiss.
"I'm gonna pretend I didn't see that." Said a disgruntled Lupin.
"Give over Lupin, we have to put up with you and Fujiko getting it on every two minutes. You're like a pair of rabbits." Retorted Jigen.
You laughed at your lovers analogy. Lupin didn't say a word in response (probably because he was off day dreaming at the mention of his beloved Fujiko).
Finally getting into the house and into bed was like a god send. Jigen was happy, you were happy, Lupin was probably trying to get hold of Fujiko some way or another. Whatever he was doing, he wasn't disturbing you two.
"Shall we try again?" Laughed Jigen, opening his arms, inviting you to come and snuggle down with him. "Or are you up for something more?"
