As they woke up and finished off with their morning routines , Amber went to the kitchen to cook.
Nathan also helped her cook as he tied the apron around her pulling her closer towards him. She looked away shyly.

He chopped onions and spring onions.
His eyes teared up due to the onion. She asked him to get out of the kitchen so that his eyes stop watering.
The food got ready after sometime and they ate it. It tasted delicious today. She burped after their meal and he chuckled.
She was satisfied with whatever she ate today. She wanted to go out today as staying in was too boring.
She told him that she'd like to go out in the evening.
He pulled her into the bed. "Why babyyy ? Can't we have fun here ? Am I not enough?" , he asked her as he crawled on top of her and played with her soft chubby cheeks.
"Ofcourse you're enough for me , what more could I ask for ? I just wanted to get some fresh air."
He was just worried about Saira bumping into them if he headed outside.
They stayed in the bed for a while before she had a slight headache.
Now she knew it wouldn't be good to go out in that condition. She took pills to reduce the pain and went to sleep. More like a nap. He wondered why she felt dizzy and got headaches very often.

As the days went by , their love kept increasing for each other.
One day , she woke up to the smell of noodles which Nathan was slurping.
She felt disgusted. She didn't know why even the smell of noodles made her feel like throwing up. She got up and went to the washroom. She puked.
Nathan heard her and went over to help her as he patted her back as she emptied herself.
She washed her mouth and looked super pale. He made lemon juice for her so that she could drink up and feel better.
She drank the lemonade. She sat down on the couch before she felt the whole room rotating. She didn't understand what to do before she blacked out.
Nathan's pov
He ran up to her and held her in his arms. He saw her as she fainted.
He immediately called up the doctor who worked in the hotel.
He came over to check her condition.
He checked her vitals and informed that everything was normal except for the fact that she was pregnant. He wasn't shocked by this fact. He knew it would happen one day anyway.
He thanked the doctor for the information and he headed out of the hotel room as he left Amber to sleep when she was connected to drip machine supplying her fluids.
He went to the nearby shop where they sold chocolates and balloons. He bought some of them. He came back to the room and decorated the room with the balloons and chocolates. He knew she would crave for chocolates. He also placed some fruits and nuts for healthy snacks.
He wrote a letter.
Baby you might think you're lucky enough to get me in your life but seems like I have to leave you once again to be by yourself. I really need some space right now. I've set up things for you to stay healthy. Oh n hope you munch onto the snacks. There's something I would be doing while I'm away and I know my dad has got information about us staying in the hotel. I'm sorry , I really didn't want this to happen. I know I promised you that I wouldn't leave you anymore.
It happened this time due to my personal issues and I'll take the blame. I love you Amber Aiona. You're the best thing that has ever happened to me. I'll come back for you so please endure it and wait for me patiently.

He headed out with his luggage and left silently.
He breathed in the fresh the air. He felt stressed out because he wasn't ready for the situation yet. He was worried about the after effects. He didn't know how he would be able to support a family. He wanted to be independent but he realized he worked under his dad's business so it was part of his money. He also regretted leaving her again. He went to another hotel and stayed alone. He felt the pain of staying alone and he missed her very deeply. He drank wine from the mini fridge in the hotel. He over drank and he headed out of the room.
He went to the night club and cried out loud remembering Amber.
Someone approached him and he turned around to look who it was.
