Please let me know if the starters of some chapters are getting repetitive, it's what I'm trying to avoid :D

He approached me
"Granger."
I stayed in place.
"Zabini"
"Pleasure meeting again, is it not?"
I nodded my head. My body was tense, not because of the situation, but because of the person far behind Zabini. He smoothly turned around, glancing at the other student.
"Pardon.. I, I must-"
"Very well, Granger. Go on." The Slytherin smiled, letting me pass through.
Mione, what are you thinking?
"..Ma-.."
I stopped myself, before he could notice who the speaker was. I didn't decide to speak anymore, as my voice was wobbly and my hands were sweating.
"Granger"
His tone sounded dead, or as if he didn't feel like speaking with me specifically. I gave up, heading to the other direction, only finding myself not being able to.
He's grabbing my arm..
"Stay."
I turned around, brow furled.
"I wish those were the words I heard yesterday"
"Granger, please, stop. Grudges aren't worth anything."
"And leaving me in the dirt is worth everything!"
"It's not about you."
"It's not about you either!"
We stood there in silence.
Dead silence. "Don't look so bilious, Granger. There's a special Quidditch star waiting." He snickered. "Please.. forgive me.." I cried. "Granger." I frowned. "This won't work out"
I took a step back. "Nothing between us has worked out! This is just a poor excuse to get away, isn't it?"
"Granger I-"
"Sure! Run away to your girlfriend, I'm sure she's waiting! I'm sure she's just as cruel, and PATHETIC as YOU ARE!"
Later..
"This is your fault." I hissed. He turned to me, saying that it wasn't the first time I'd say that. We were stuck in the Trophy Room, a place filled with displays of golden cups, medals and badges. "Now we have to clean this up". I scowled. Malfoy laughed, then retorted "Always blaming me for everything, eh?" I tinge of guilt filled my system.
I was wiping a display case with a wet cloth until the Slytherin came up to me, his hand above my head. "Listen Granger, we're no longer playing no games. Either you behave and we get along fine, or both of us are enemies and we no longer speak." I rolled my eyes, re-cleaning the spot where Malfoy's hand was.
"Why..?" I secretly questioned myself, only realizing I said it aloud.
"Why what?"
"Why.. why do I continue trying? Why.. what's the point..? There's no use in us speaking at all.."
He looked as if the words he was trying to spit out never came. "Le-..leave" He managed to get out. "Excuse me?" I retorted.
"You heard me, leave."
I scoffed. "Malfoy, this is detention. I can't leave."
"Not what I meant.. smart ass"
"Wha-.. What do you mean.. then?"
"Leave my life, get out. I can't stand this, I can't forgive you. I can't let you keep making the same mistake over and over, assuming I'll let it go."
My spirit was already very low, but here, that was the limit. I dropped the bucket of water -which was now empty-, plus the rag, and tramped out the room. The pain was needle like, poking at me every chance it got.
After class..
"Brown?" I echoed.
"Granger, pleasure. Ready to start?"
I hesitated for a moment, deciding whether to do so, or be against it.
"Y..yes" I answered, heading to the dormitories.
After what seemed like ages, Lavender 'taught' me everything.
And by 'taught', I mean talk about previous boyfriends. Help. The process was tedious, until i finally chose to interrupt her and ask whether or not she'd actually teach me anything.
'Oh, silly me! Let's begin!"
"Brown, it's 10 pm.. Tomorrow, please. And, don't lecture me about your ex, it's not worth anything except hatred..."
I groggily headed to my four poster, laid down and almost instantly fell asleep.
