"Here you go, Mr. Robinson." Clarence smiled down at the old man taking his coffee with shaking hands. He sat in a red booth as old music hummed in the background.

"Thank you, Rosalyn." He smiled as he sipped the black liquid from the white mug.

"How is Melissa?" Clarence took the used plate that held bits of left over egg from him.

"She is doing fine. She entered first grade very chaotic, but the teacher says she is doing good now." Mr. Robinson set his coffee down, "I hope my granddaughter can grow up to be a beautiful lady like you someday."

"I'm glad to hear she is doing well. You should bring her around more." Clarence smiled one more time before leaving his table. She avoided the reach of trucker men who thinks everything is on the menu.

She walked into the kitchen, and sat the plate on the white counter.

"Goodbye, Philip." She kissed the cooks cheek as she took her purse off the hanger. The cook was an older man with short grey hair, yet the body of a 20 year old. Kathrine was 21 with her eyes on him. She had curly black hair and green eyes with a playful personality.

"Leaving me alone with Kathrine? I thought you loved me." Philip dramatically sighed.

"You are my favorite chief, but if I have to suffer, so do you." Clarence smiled before walking out the back entence.

"Goodbye, Rosalyn." Clarence smile slipped off her face as she walked down the streets of LA. She looked down at the ring that shined on her finger. She shook her head to try, and forget the pain. She walked until she dumped into a man.

He had baby blue eyes, blound hair, and he was much taller than Clarence. Clarence's eye widen at the scowl she remembered from so long ago.

"If you're into a small little nervous wreck dating someone way out of her langue, then yeah it is."

"Watch were you are walking." His voice was as cold as when they first met.

"I-I'm sorry, sir." Clarence bit her lip as she shifted on her heels. Her eyes scanned him as he looked at him. He wore a black suit with his hair slicked back to look professional.

"Do I know you?" His eyes searched her face as she forced a smile.

"I work in a diner not too far from here." She shrugged.

"That explains the dress." His eyes scanned the dress she was forced to wear. It was deep red with a white apron. They wanted a 50's vibe, and Clarence was happy to get a job no matter the uniform.

"Red is not my color, is it?" Clarence forced a polite laugh as he smirked.

"I think red is a good color on you. I'll see you around, Rosalyn." His eyes red her name tag as she nodded.

"Goodbye, sir." She smiled at him.

"I promise to see you guys around. This is not goodbye." Austin smiled at Justin and her.

"They are lucky to have such an amazing worker." Clarence smiled at him. It was only a week after graduation, and they were already saying goodbye to one of their friends.

"Let's hope they see that." Austin laughed.

They tried to keep touch, but it was hard. They were in a small town where they were talking about babies as he was talking about become a CEO one day. They were in two different worlds, and Clarence accidently slipped into his along her journey.

Clarence rushed to her apartment, and she couldn't believe she was so stupid. She looked back at the ring on her finger. Justin would have loved to see Austin again. He talked about it all the time, and Avery missed him too.
