The next day...

Alia's POV

Varun and I walk into the room Shraddha's in and see Sidharth with his head on Shraddha's lap and his hand holding onto hers. They're both asleep.

"Sidharth." Varun calls out to him, tapping his shoulder.

He slowly opens his eyes. "You need to get some rest. Go home we'll be right here." I say.

"No I'm not leaving Shraddha."

"Sidharth you need rest as well to be able to be there for her. If she wakes up we'll call you."

He gets up and kisses Shraddha's forehead and reluctantly leaves.

I sit beside Shraddha and burst into tears seeing her lie there.

"Alia." Varun wraps his arms around me.

"She told me that she felt dizzy and vomited when she came to see us. But I didn't think it would be that serious." I cry.

"It's not your fault Alu." He wipes my tears.

"We can't let her go. We have to find a way to save her."

Sidharth's POV

As I leave the doctor approaches me. "Mr Malhotra Shraddha's stable she just needs to regain consciousness and we'll discharge her today." He says.

I nod and leave to go home.

I walk into my house and sit in the living room.

"Sidharth how is Shraddha?" Mum asks.

I hug her weep. "Mum I won't be able to live without her." I then explain what the doctor said.

"There surely must be some treatments they can't give up like that!" Mum exclaims.

"They said there's nothing they can do."

"I know a few specialists I'll speak to them and see if they could do anything. You go freshen up and get some rest she needs you." Mum says and start making phone calls.

I go upstairs, have a shower and lie down for a while.

3 hours later...

Madhuri's POV

"Mum did you speak to the specialists?" Sidharth asks looking less tired.

"Yeah I did, there is a specialist that said she can start Shraddha's treatment as soon as. But we need to take her to general hospital." I say.

"Let her regain consciousness and I'll  speak to her parents and the doctor and take her to general hospital." He says.

"You love her a lot don't you?" I say noticing the concern he has for Shraddha.

"She's my everything, I can't lose her. Mum I was thinking that before the treatment begins we could....." he suggest.

"That's a good idea beta. But you have to speak to her parents first." I state.
