Chapter 27

Alia's POV

Aarav continuously cries as Varun cradles him.

"Mummy's bringing your milk stop crying!" Varun tries to calm him down.

I take his bottle and pass it to Varun and he feeds him.

"Wow he's just like his Mum when he's hungry. He cries for food." Varun laughs.

"Excuse me! What's that supposed to mean?" I gasp.

"Did I tell you how gorgeous you look today?" He tries changing the topic.

"Mum I want that toy." Ananya points to the toy advert on the TV.

"It's food time." I feed her sitting next to Varun as he feeds Aarav his milk.

"Our family now seems complete." I smile at Varun.

"Not just yet darling I plan on having more kids." He smirks.

"Shut up." I laugh.

Ananya gets off my lap and walks around the house. She's become a right Madam. I follow her into my room to see her opening the drawers of the chest draw. Suddenly the drawer drops making everything fall out.

She turns around to see a serious look on my face. "Oh no." She pouts looking so cute.

I go and pick my things up. I hear Ananya say "Masi!" And turn around confused.

She points to a picture. "Masi!"

It's a picture of me and Shraddha. I get tears in my eyes. I miss her so much, a lot has changed since she left. I wish she would just come back.

Jacqueline's POV

Shraddha stands in front of the mirror and gasps. "I have put on weight. Haven't I?"

"That's what pregnancy does to you. I remember mum calling me telling me your pregnant." I laugh.

"The day I landed that's when my sickness started and your mum called the doctor. I thought I was ill again as I had a migraine, but I was actually 6 weeks pregnant." She smiles.

"So what are you going to do hide for the rest of your life? Aren't you gonna tell him about his unborn baby?" I ask her.

She puts her hand on her baby bump. "If I do that Sidharth will suffer. I don't want that." A tear leaves her eye.

"I can tell him for y-"

"No." She says stubbornly.

"What are you going to do when you give birth? Shraddha you'll need him and I'm sure he wouldn't wanna miss out on the birth of his baby." I state.

"I'll have to do it on my own this time. I don't have a choice."

But I'm just as stubborn as her. I will make sure he's with her at the time of her delivery. She clearly needs him but just don't wanna be the cause of him suffering. And that's because she still loves him.

"I'm gonna pop soon anyway. So you have my sake that you won't say anything." She makes me promise her.

Sidharth's POV

"Mum I'm okay! I don't need to move on okay! I already have a wife I'm not gonna get married again!" I shout.

"But Katrina won't leave you and she'll make you happy."

I scoff. "Make me happy more like make my life hell! My happiness lies
with Shraddha and only her."

I realise I can never forget her. No matter how hard I try. I need her.

"Be stubborn but I'm your mother! I'm only thinking of yours and Aisha's welfare."

"Well you don't need to!"

I go into my room to see Aisha awake from her nap.

"Hi princess." I pick her up and cuddle her.

She smiles seeing the picture frames on the wall of me and Shraddha.

"You miss Mumma don't you? Papa misses her too." I still have a little hope that she'll come back.

A few days later...

Shraddha's POV

I start craving for chocolate cake really badly and get taken into a flashback.

Flashback

I look into the fridge for something sweet.

"What are you doing?" I jump at the voice I just heard.

I turn around to see my husband raise an eyebrow at me.

"I fancy some chocolate cake." I say hoping he'll get me some.

"It's so unhealthy for you and the baby."

"Well it's because of the baby I want it!" I whine.

"Well your not getting it!" He retorts.

"Ugh!" I huff and get annoyed.

The whole day goes by and I still crave. I stay annoyed at Sidharth.

After a while I see a plate with a slice of chocolate cake on it. A smile spreads across my face.

"I knew you'd still want it." He smirks and feeds me the cake.

I look at him and realise he's the best husband and father.

"I love you."

"I love you more!" He replies.

End of flashback.

Jacqueline screams "WHAT?!" Snapping me out my flashback. "I'll tell her now and we'll get there as soon as we can." She says stressed.

"What happened?" I ask

"I don't have good news..." tears leave her eyes. "It's Alia.."

Will Sidshra ever meet? Will Sidharth ever know that Shraddha's pregnant with his second child? What's happened? Is there something serious?! Is Alia ok?
