Only Joe, Iris, Cisco, Wells, Caitlin, and obviously Barry know about Harper. She was only 2 when their mother died and doesn't remember it. When Barry got his his speed it was decided without her say that she was going to live in Star City with Bar...
"Well today's Thursday so how about Saturday?" He asks.
"Okay."
"Well I got to go so give me a hug." He says.
"Okay." I reply smiling getting up. I give him a hug and with that he's off. He's getting faster.
Oliver comes out.
"You're leaving Saturday?" He asks.
"Yeah, thank you for letting me stay it means a lot." I reply.
"I don't hate you Harper." He says sitting down next to me.
"Okay." I reply.
"I know that I've been all serious but I was just protecting you Harper. I really don't hate you." He says.
"We never talked." I reply.
"I wanted to give you your space, your brother just dropped you off at a strangers house after figuring out he was a speedster. You had to leave everything you knew. But looking back now you probably would have wanted someone to talk to." He says.
"It's okay. It's just good to know you don't hate me." I say smile.
"Harper you will always have a place to stay here." He says.
"Thank you Oliver." I reply smiling.
"You're welcome. So your birthday is Saturday as well?"
"Yeah."
"Well let's go then." He says.
"Where?" I ask confused.
"Shopping."
"Shopping?" I ask.
"I'm taking you shopping for clothes for your birthday Harper." Oliver says.
"You don't need to spend anymore money on me then you already do." I reply.
"Barry said you'd say that, just because you said that I'm going to spend even more. Now come on." He says.
I get up and follow him out. After some driving around we find ourselves at the mall.
"So where do you want to go?" Oliver asks as we enter.
"Doesn't matter to me, I haven't really been out much since I've got here so I don't know what's here."
"Well I'm that case Thea had a favorite shop, we can start there if you want?" He asks.
"Sure sounds good." I reply.
Oliver leads the way to a clothing shop that's actually my style.
"So? Is it your style?" He asks.
"Yeah." I reply.
"Good. Pick some stuff out."
After a few minutes of looking around I come back with an outfit.

This time there's a girl with Oliver, it's Thea, I've met her twice she's really nice.
"You were right Oliver, just one outfit. Harper it's your birthday present come on let's pick you out some clothes." She says leading the way back.
I follow her.
By the time we are done this is what I have not including the outfit Oliver already bought.

"Thank you." I say looking at Thea and Oliver.
"No problem." Oliver replies.
"Anytime, If you ever need a shopping buddy." She says smiling and then gives me a hug. "I hope you have a good birthday Harper, stay safe in Central City."
"Thank you." I reply smiling.
And with that she heads off.
"Big Belly Burger?" Oliver asks.
"Sounds good to me." I reply.
We head off to big belly burger.
This is fun. I wish we had made a bond sooner but this is nice.
