A mistake-I proved right

They reach the hospital around 1 and vids was trying really hard to stop sanyu from taking the stairs

Vids-sanyu, I know you are not a big fan of waiting for the lifts but its not 1st or 2nd its 5th floor.. and if you think that I am stupid enough to climb those stairs then I am not

Sanyu-ok fine

Vids-and why are you rushing it...its not like this is an emergency or something and we don't even have afternoon classes....ohh wait, you are dying to see rd bhai

Sanyu-just shut up vids...don't be ridiculous

Vids was about to say something else when they hear Dr.Raj

Raj-hello sanyukta.....hi..amm(as if trying to recollect)vidhushi, right?(she nods) you guys might be here to meet rd.

Vids-yeah, sanyukta here made rd bhai chicken soup

Raj(laughing)-you are his savior of the day....just a few mins back I saw him grumping about hospital food,come this way guys, lets take staff's elevator

Sanyu-but will that be ok

Vids(pulling her)-cmon, now what can go wrong in that

They take the staff's elevator and reach rd's floor and as soon as they were in front of rd's room sanyukta felt something strange within her, he insides were happy and nervous at the same time and she couldn't find the reason for it

Vids-hey, cmon what are you waiting for sanyu

She opens the door and they enter but they witness rd with a few files around him and he was talking on the phone while going through one file

Rd-no Mr.Varma, this third clause was not supposed to be this....you have to redo it and send the file again

Raj clears his throat

Rd(still looking at the file)-I don't want that boring food of yours...pls take that away

Raj-I believe that you were asked not to skip any meals

Rd(smiling)-oh raj, it was you I thought that it was the nurse with my lunch

Vids-actually not the nurse but yeah you are having your lunch now

That's when rd sees vids and sanyu, vids was smiling at him while sanyu was busy admiring the finishing of the floor

Rd-hey vidhushi, how are you

Vids-I think I should be asking that, how are you bhai

Rd(smiling)-I am fine...hey sanyukta, thanx for the breakfast

Raj-then thank her for the lunch too

Rd(smiling)-really?

This smile of his was entirely different from what he usually shows everyone, it was more of a kind of a smile that a 3 year old kid gives when he is allowed to have 3 ice creams instead of one and on seeing that involuntarily sanyu's lips curve into a small smile and she nods at his question

Rd(gathering all files to free up the space for the bed table)-that's amazing

Raj was feeling so good to see rd smiling with his heart then his glance shifts to vids who was very seriously complaining about how the hospital food was so plane and the patients should protest against, he smiles and nods his head sideways, that's when his watch beeps indicating him about some emergency where he was needed.

Raj-amm guys...there is an emergency, I need to go, see you all later

Everyone-bye

He rushes out of the room and vids speaks up
