Chapter 6

Beep Beep Beep
My alarm wakes me up.

"Could you turn that off I was asleep" I heard Grayson mumble. I sat up and turn my alarm off. Grayson was lying in bed next to me.

"I didn't know dead people could sleep" I say.

"Yeah we do so let me do it" He groans and pulls the duvet over his head.

"Ok but don't let anyone catch you asleep in my bed, because even though they cant see you they can still see the duvet" I say and get out of bed.

"Yeah, Yeah" Grayson turns over and falls back to sleep. I pick out my outfit for the day, whick was jeans, a grey hoodie and black vans. I curl my hair the go back into the bedroom where Grayson was still asleep.

"Come on Grayson, my Parents will be coming in here soon to see if I'm up so you have to move" I say and jump on top of him. He pushes me off and I roll onto my side of the bed.

"Grayson, seriously" I beg and pull the covers off him. He had no t shirt on and I couldn't help but stare.

"Wow" I whispered as quiet as I could. As I was about to attempt to wake Grayson up again, Dad opens my door, knocking before opening it fully. I throw my duvet over Grayson and pray that Dad couldn't see the dip in the bed.

"Morning sweetheart" He scratches his head.

"Morning Dad" I say and he leaves my room. I sigh in relief and the walk over to a table I have in my room that had all of my perfumes. I picked one out and sprayed it all over me then put the bottle in my bag.

"That smells amazing" Grayson says.

"Thanks I guess" I turn around and Grayson was putting his T shirt back on.

"Your welcome" He smiles.

"I have to leave for school but I will see you later" I put my bag on and then start to walk out of my bedroom door when Grayson stops me by pulling me into a hug. I hug him back.

"See you later" He says then disappears.

I was sat at the back of my maths classroom when a group of girls came up to me when the teacher went out of the classroom.

"Are you the kid that lives in the Dolan's old house" One of the girls asks probaly the 'leader' of the group.

"Yeah, what's it got to do with you" I say.

"That place is hunted by Grayson's spirit" The same girl continues

"Well there is no paranormal activity in the house at the moment" I lie "but if there ever is any I will let you guys now"

The teacher walks back into the room and the girls go back and sit down.

The lesson comes to an end which means it was lunch time. I walk lunch and sit at a table with Sophia and my other friend Emily.

"Hey Jordyn" Sophia smiles.

"Hi" I reply while taking my bag off and putting it on the floor next to me.

"How has your lessons been" Emily asks taking a bite of her tuna sandwich.

"Boring, Boring and Boring" I say and Emily and Sophia start to laugh slightly.

"Are you not having any lunch" Sophia asks eating her pasta pot she go from the lunch que.

"Nah, I'm not hungry" I reply and check my phone. My friends from back home still haven't tried to contact me, and I can't contact them because they have all changed there phone numbers.
Grayson voice rang through my head.

"Sucks to be forgotten about"

I wonder what he meant by that, i think to my self.

"Hello earth to Jordyn are you there" Sophia waves her hand in front of my face.

"Oh sorry what were you saying" I say coming out of my own thoughts.

"Nothing it doesn't matter now" Emily rolls her eyes.
I just sigh and rest my head against my hand.
