A whole week with out food because Grayson wouldn't get out of the way of the door. It was day 3 of not eating and I was starving.
"Jordyn want me to sneak you some food" Brandon offeres.
"No" I sigh. The room fell silent again until my rings. I look at the caller and see it was Ethan.
"Hey" he says.
"Hi Ethan" I reply. I look at Grayson who rolls his eyes and sighs.
"I haven't heard from you in 4 days are you alright"He asks worried.
"Yeah I'm fine" I lie.
"Good, wanna hang out this afternoon"
"Sure"
"Ok I'll meet you at the park at 3"He then hangs up.
"Brandon get dressed we are going out" I sigh and get off the bed. Brandon runs to his room and gets dressed.
"He can't go out with you and Ethan" Grayson says
"Why not Grayson, he isnt safe with out me here. What if Dad comes back" I pull clothes out of my wardrobe.
"I can protect him" Grayson tries. I shake my head no and push him out of my room. I quickly get dressed

and then I hear my bedroom door open. Bradon stood there dressed (imagine it on an 8 year old)

"Ready" I say and pick up my phone and put it in my pocket.
"Yep" Brandon says and runs downstairs and opens the door. For once it's kinda warm outside.
"Jordyn" Grayson grabs my arm before I could walk out of the door.
"We will be fine" I pull my arm away from him "I don't need you anymore"
Brandon ran in front of me as we walked to the park. People were staring at me because of my black eye but I tried to ignore them.
"How did Grayson get here before us, he didn't leave the house" Brandon asks pointing at Ethan who was sat on the swings.
"That's because that's not Grayson" i say and opened the gate and enter the park.
"Hi Jordyn who's this" Ethan asked politely.
"I'm Brandon, Jordyn's brother" Brandon smiles and runs off to the slide.
"I thought your brother lived with your mum" Ethan asked as we walk towards the swings.
"The idiot ran away" I swing slightly back and forth watching Brandon run around. I didn't realize I was crying until Ethan wiped under my eyes with his thumb.
"I'm scared for him Ethan" I cry.
Ethan pulls me onto his lap on the swing and I straddle him (not sexually) and he comforts me. He rests his head on mine again.
A few moments later I pull away and look at him and he moves the hair out of my face. Before I know what's happening Ethan kisses me and fireworks go off around my body. I pull away from the kiss and cuddle into him.
