Chapter 48

Sorry for the delay. This is highly unedited as i just wrote it down. Its full of mistakes and needs high editing but didn't want to keep you waiting for more time. Sorry.

Aria's Pov-

"Ari...come down fast dear. Dan is waiting since forever." Mom yelled from downstairs. I was just about to finish my makeup and go downstairs. I wore my favourite dress and did a little bit of makeup. And it was a good result after all the efforts. I looked cute. I took one last glance at the me in the mirror and made my way out of the room. A small chuckle left my mouth as I imagined Dan's reaction. He would look surprised and his jaw will drop down. And then a beautiful smile will escape his lips. And he would say "You look breathtakingly beautiful as usual  Ari. God I am so lucky to have such a beautiful girl in my life." He would finish it with a small peck on my lips. 4 years of being together I knew him like the back of my hand. And as I imagined that's what exactly happened. 

He was sitting in the living room with mom. Chatting over some stupid cooking show I'm sure. Over the years mom and Dan's bonding grew deep. She was very happy that I chose a good guy and that we were madly in love with each other. He stood up as soon as I got there. Came forward and kissed me swiftly as always. I won't lie when I tell you that I still get butterflies when he kisses me. The spark never left us.

"Shall we get going my gorgeous queen?" He asked. I agreed to it in a heart beat. We were going on a date. The old fashioned way. We enjoyed these kind of dates. Sometimes we would go out and have a good time eating or just go for a long, peaceful drive in his car or sometimes we would just sit at home and watch reruns of our favourite show. Today was a day out day and it was going to be a special one. For many reasons.

"Oh please stop being cheesy you two. And get going now. Aria make sure to call me if you are staying out the night. " mom said. We just laughed at how my mother was cool me being out for the night. But she was sure that nothing would happen to her daughter when Dan was with her by side. But little did she know that she was wrong this time.

We made our way out of the town. He said there was a small diner out of town he had found recently and swore that they served the best burgers. I had no problem with the place because I would be spending a good time with my boyfriend. His twinkle whenever he used to talk about something he loved. And how they were twinkling when he was talking about how he was going to get a scholarship next month and that would change everything. I watched this beautiful human form the passenger side and smiled how lucky I must be to have him in my life. And how the future was going to be even more beautiful.

We reached the place which was really small and crowded. It was unfortunate but he didn't give up and got us food. And we sat on the top of the car and enjoyed our food, underneath the stars. I didn't wish for anything more than this beautiful moment. I was thinking about how I was going to tell him the news.
