Chapter 12

Cristiano's POV-

Finally the day arrived. Junior turned 7! My god he is growing up so fast.Just how fast the time passed. I still remember the very first day I held him for the very first time. He was this small little bundle of joy. The first time he hold on to my finger. I was the most happy person on planet. I looked at him and thought that I won't be able to love anyone more than this little fella. He is my life.I entered his room to wish him on his big day.

"Heyyyy buddy! Happy birthday!!" I said with much more excitement.

"Shhhhhh.....you'll wake him up.He is sleeping." Whispered my angry mother. She was sitting beside him.He was sleeping.

"Why?? Is he OK? Shall I call the doctor?" I asked her.

"No,he is not feeling ok.His fever is out of control. I called the doctor,He must be on his way. What's happening to him Cris" she asked me.She looked very tensed and concerned.

"I don't know ma,but he is very upset that Aria didn't come since two days. I tried to reach her but she is out of contact. I know he'll feel better once she comes back." I said and sat down near him.It was true.His fever was acting crazy. It was like he is burning. Mom went totally silent after that. It's like she wanted to tell me something.

"Chris....I....I want to tell you something. It's important but-" she said and,

"Papa....."Cristiano was awake. He opened his eyes a little bit to look at me.

" hey buddy, how are you feeling? Are you ok?" I leaned closer to him.

"No,everything hurts and feel like sleeping." He said.

"Ok,so why don't you go back to sleep ha? It's your birthday today!! We'll do some fun after you rest alright? Now go back to sleep." I kissed him on forehead. He went back to sleep.

"Mom whatever it is you can tell me later. I need to go somewhere." I stood up.

"But-"

"Later Mom. I'm in hurry." I said.

"Alright Cris, if you say so." She said.

I decided to go and check her hostel. My secretary gave me all her details. I was on my way. When I reached her building it was locked. Only the students had the access to door. That means I have to wait for someone to come.

"Oh my god! It's Cristiano Ronaldo!!" Someone yelled loudly. Oh no,not again not at this time. I mentally face palm myself.I turned around to see a girl.

"Oh,hi there." I said.She was in shock I guess cause she didn't even move.She kept staring.

"It's an honor to meet you Sir. I'm a big big fan of you.Is this a dream or its actually happening." She said.

"I wish it's a dream but it's not. Do you live here?" I asked her full of hope.

"Yeah... Yeah I do.Are you having some problem? I.....I can help you." She said.

"Actually I am here to meet somebody, her name is Aria if you know her."I said scratching back of my neck.

" Oh yes Aria! I know her.We live on the same floor.She is a nice girl. But don't you know she is not here.Infact she just left a few hours ago."She told me.

"What????When???Where??" I almost screamed.

"No no no! Don't take me wrong. I mean she went for a field trip. It was some kind of project. It's not far from here,a couple of hours I guess." She said.

Oh thank God. My heart almost skipped a bit there. I thought she left the country or what.

"Ok,can you give me the address?" I asked her.

"Sure,wait a second." She wrote something on the paper and gave it to me.

"Thank you so much. And thank you for the support. I appreciate it so much." I said her and gave her my cap.

"Oh my god, this is like a dream come true. Thank you so much Sir."she said smiling.

I went inside my car, pulled out my phone and called the person capable of this hunt.He picked up after few rings.

"Hello."

"Rodriguez, you've have got some major work to do."

Hello there my lovely readers! Long time no see and yes I am alive. I told you guys I will do some announcements but I didn't get time for that.

I am so so sorry for this super late update. The fact is I am back in hell *coughs* I mean university. Yes,my college has started a week ago and the amount of free time I get is equal to nothing. And my internet decided to ditch me so it's not working. I'm literally helpless. But don't worry I'll find some way.
