A Formal Occasion

Ayshe and Harry

“Lumos.” Ayshe said smiling as Harry turned to her with a confused expression. She was waving her hand in the air as she walked down the path outside her house, attempting to turn the street lights on.

“You never know, I could use magic!” She said smiling as Harry locked the front door with a chuckle.

He shook his head again as he walked to the car. “What on earth are you on about?” Harry muttered, opening the door for her and stepping into the driver’s seat on the other side.

“Woah!” She rolled her eyes to look at him. “Chivalry isn’t dead!” Ayshe said, referring to him opening the car door for her. He laughed sarcastically at her before pulling the car out onto the road and riving to the venue.

“You’re lucky, I usually save that for my girlfriends.” He smiled and Ayshe grinned back. Behind the smile was the realisation that although she wanted more than friendship, he didn’t.

They had dated back before Harry left for X-Factor, but it was only puppy love, they were more like best friends that kissed every now and then and Ayshe hadn’t taken it too hard when they broke up. The only thing that was difficult was loosing her best friend. They stayed in contact though, talking and visiting whenever possible and since Ayshe and her family had moved toLondon, she and Harry got to spend more time together.

Eventually though, Ayshe had begun to feel more than friendship towards Harry and they soon passed the feeling she had felt for him while they were together. She knew she loved him and it hurt knowing that he was going about, sleeping with anyone who took his fancy. He was HARRY STYLES he could do stuff like that.

But he didn’t knowhow every time Ayshe saw him she just wanted to hold him and call him hers.

As they pulled up out the front, a valet took Harry’s keys and directed them inside.

“Why am I even here Harry? This place looks awfully posh.” She whined, adjusting the black dress and wobbling slightly in the heels.

“Because, I wanted you to meet someone. Plus, your Mum said that you never got out of the house.” He pointed out and Ayshe crinkled her nose at him.

“Yeah well you are a poo head.” She giggled as Harry bumped her hip. They had turned into a courtyard and Ayshe could see the party guests up ahead.

“We are going into an adult party. Stop acting like a four year old.” Harry said sternly, Ayshe could see the guests; they were all talking with civilised tones and wore mature clothing. The music was being played by a man on a piano, classical.

She turned and poked her tongue out at him before he responded, poking his tongue out at her.

“Now who’s the immature one.” She whispered as they entered the archway and walked over to where Harry’s band members were standing.

“Hi Sha-Sha” Niall smiled, pecking her cheek as all the other boys turned and smiled, each greeting her warmly.

Ayshe had grown close with the boys during X-Factor. Although she saw them much less then harry, she still considered them her good friends.
