The victory of success is half won when one gains the habit of setting goals and achieving them. Even the most tedious chore will become endurable as you parade through each day convinced that every task, no matter how menial or boring, brings you closer to achieving your dreams. - Og Mandino

Previously~A person was sitting down, and he quickly identified the person as a female. Her mud brown aura rubbed against him and he shivered in revulsion. It was that girl from the shop... Her name was Hermione he believed. The door opened again and in came two others. One he recognized as having blood relations to him, and the other with a horrible red aura which screamed jealousy.
Corvus quickly cast a wand less shield around himself and curled up even tighter as he set his crystal to record what they talked about. He closed his eyes to get some sleep and ignored the eyes he felt staring at him.
As his eyes closed and his mind calmed, the train started moving and he hummed a tune, falling into the dark abyss of the kingdom of Morpheus.

He slowly drew away from the comfortable darkness when the sound of bickering reached his ears.
"-o! Absolutely not Ronald!" A shrill voice screeched. "You will not go through his things! He-" She stopped as Corvus slowly opened up his eyes. Her aura was shifting a slight gold, and he wondered of she had some harpy blood in her.
"Shhhh!" She said to the still bickering male. Corvus yawned and sat up slightly, his back popped and he could feel the discomfort of his wings being compressed.
"Did I miss anything?" He asked, his voice small as he hunched in on him self for added effect.
"No mate, we still have about an hour before we arrive at Hogwarts." The male with the red aura said. "I'm Ron, Ron Weasley by the way. And of course you know him," Corvus shook his head, wondering hie dumb he was, and Ron continued. "Oh, well, he's Liam Potter and the girl is Hermione.
"Aren't you the dude who defended that bloody mini death eater in the shop?" Liam suddenly called up.
"Do you mean Draco Malfoy? If so, then yes." Corvus said in a small voice as he nodded. Ignoring the small growl that Liam made, he continued, "It is rude and irresponsible to attack someone from such a bloodline. Heir Malfoy has power and it is not wise to be attached to the wrong side. Verbally attacking him, and calling him such things, even when Lord Malfoy was proved innocent to such charges, is enough to be sued for slander. So I suggest you stop such outrageous claims and-"
The Weasley cut him off, "See? This just proves it! He is a Death Eater Herm! I told you! He defended another death eater! Everyone knows that all Malfoy's are death eaters!"
"But he doesn't have the dark mark and he's a student! And You-Know-Who isn't even alive anymore!" Granger interrupted.
"Dumbledore said that you-know-who isn't really gone! He's just bidding his time!" Liam pipped up, and Corvus sighed. He quietly slipped out of the compartment and looked at the result of hundreds of auras passing through here.
He started in a random direction, randomly popping his head in every once in a while to glance at the auras and find some that looked appealing.
Finally, Corvus happened upon one of the apartments with only four people in it.
"May I please join you? My compartment was invaded my the mudden trio so I slipped out." Corvus asked, his sweet voice quiet as he watched the four auras.
"Yes you may...?"
"Corvus Black." He answered the unspoken question.
"Yes, please join our compartment, Heir Black!" The same voice replied as his aura shifted when he bowed. "My name is Draco Malfoy, this is Blaise Zabini, Vincent Crabbe, and Gregory Goyle."
Corvus noted that Draco immediately dismissed the last two as if they were unimportant and watched as the mentioned two auras shifted. The color blue splashed across before leaving as if they were immune to his words by now. They must have been friends.
Corvus gently walked into the compartment and shut the door. Sitting down, he studied the auras around him. Draco's was a soft silvery blue color which told him that he had not had many hardships in his life. Gregory's and Vincent's were a whole different matter. Gregory's was a slightly hard brown, while Vincent's was a slightly hard light green. Both of their fathers abused them yet somehow still loved them. It was an interesting dynamic of interest.
Corvus shook his head and looked at the last. Blaise's aura was a warm brown that was soft yet hard. Interesting... it was almost as if he was in love, yet still hated the person that he loved.
Chorus sighed and shook his head, he was getting nowhere with this. He turned around and turned on his special gift, the gift that Maji gave him. He saw a blooming form ahead, it's magic astounding him and making him wonder if that was the castle, Hogwarts.
Quickly he got up and just put his school robes, that he took out of his shrunken trunk, over his other clothes. The others were soon following his lead when the intercom sounded.
"We will be arriving at Hogwarts: School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in five minutes. Please change into the proper attire." A small ringing sound filled the train and the intercom clicked off.
"Muggle contraptions." Draco said in a snotty voice. "Absolutely useless things where magical beings are so much better."
Corvus shook his head and smiled. He didn't have to see to know that Draco probably had a sneer on his face. He had been in that compartment a whole of 20 minutes, and he could already tell their personalities. It was an interesting process and when the train slowed to a stop five minutes later, his new friends helped him leave the train when they noticed he was blind.
